  Although it felt like I was buying a car at times, Darren, himself was extremely efficient, a kind man, and explained how each part of a garage door works. He really cared about his job and making sure we were made aware of our garage door condition and recommdation for part replacement.

  Clint explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, was personable & professional. Most of all he was honest & did not upsell or pushme into any unnecessary maintenance. I highly recommend A1 Garage Door service.

  Trevor Turley was very helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and kind. He performed follow up maintenance and inspection. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ While we are still sour (a year later) at how much we were charged for a new garage door opener to the tune of nearly $3k - especially after several friends and neighbors told us they have paid much less and it should have been no more than $1k (on the high end) the 5 stars ⭐️ are for Trevor not A-1 itself. A-1 gets ⭐️⭐️ for overcharging & for providing only 1 follow up maintenance in that cost. 👎🏽

  Devin was very professional and kind in showing us all of our options to help with our garage door. We got new springs and rollers and he adjusted and oiled everything so it is now in great working order!! He went out of his way to explain all of our options and took money off from a coupon we had gotten in the mail!! He is a shining light that keeps going the extra mile for his customers!! We are very pleased and he said we could contact him any time if we have any questions or concerns and we’ve got a 5 year warranty that will cover us!!

  Today 4/11/2026 my garage door opener over 20 years old...started to not open the garage door. I called A1 who just last month replaced my door (excellent experience). They answered my call and in less than 1 hour Samuel Ortega arrived. He evaluated the problem and explained the belt area was not functioning. We discussed opinions and I felt it was wise to put up a total new door opener rather than piece it. A1 offered specials and discounts within my budget. Sam was informative and not pushy with sale. Sam answered any ? we had. My sister and brother in law are visiting me this month from Kentucky and were amazed how efficient the process was. Sam added and explained my new door opener features...camera /🤳and security program all part of the machine I purchased. Helped me program into my smart phone. As I am a senior citizen he went above and beyond explaining how to do apps etc. He cleaned up. Such a pleasant young man and A1 has the best service team!! P.S.I am Julie Wood, I am Andrea's sister. We were pinned in the garage and unable I shop. I was so pleased with Sam as a worker. The whole time he was working he was kind and fun to talk to. I tried not to bother him too much but then I would pop back in the garage. I ended up wishing he lived in Kentucky. It is nearly impossible to have a good hard working guy who is polite and professional. I said he could be a new grandson for me and my sister and I would come to his wedding. To sum it up he is one of the nicest of people. I couldn't help but feel grateful to meet up with him.
