Since we are not like some folks who can do the Big Bang approach to remodel we have had to do it in a project approach and 3 doors and 7 windows later we have been absolutely pleased with each and every project. All phases of ea h project from start to finish was an exceptional experience. We still have 5 more windows to do and I intend to use them for 5. Thank You Lasting Impressions Team!
- JZJim ZDec 10, 20255.05 Stars because of Beau!!! I was at my wits end. Home Depot lady did not even know the difference between a sweep and a threshold for Jeld Wen. I went to Jeld Wen, it was even crazier. I could not get a part number to tell the Home Depot lady what to order from the Jeld Wen Quote department. Than the warranty department wanted a receipt to deal with me even after I told them, " I don't want the part for free under warranty. I just want the part number" I went to the Jeld Wen site and found Lasting Impressions, Window and Doors. I started e mailing this guy named Beau and he sent me a diagram with a picture of the part I needed. Than when I came by to check it out he showed me exactly what I needed. GO HERE! Don't waste your time at Home Depot!! Beau knows BEST!!
