    I had an excellent experience with Austin from Hobaica Services today. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and very conscientious of my home. Before starting the work, he took the time to explain exactly what the maintenance would involve and provided a clear timeline of how long it would take. During the routine service, Austin identified a specific issue that required repair. He handled both the maintenance and the repair seamlessly, finishing everything right on schedule. I am always impressed with Hobaica service techs and Austin was no exception. I highly appreciate his transparency and the quality of his work. Highly recommended Hobaica Services for air conditioning repair and service. We have been a customer for over 30 years and keep coming back. John

    Very professional, helped me choose the right heat pump for my house. Installation went smoothly. Had an issue with on unit and they came out to assess problem and corrected it quickly. Everything is running great Thank you to Brayan G, Steven A, Gio, Ivan, and Nacho Had some paint scuffs and nicks on walls (they had to install units up in attic) I notified Hobaica and they sent out painter, Jose to touch up paint and he did a great job

    After researching, I contacted Hobaica for HVAC maintenance on our recently constructed home. Setting up the appointment was easy, and the staff was informative. I was notified by email and text when the service tech was en route, and I received a call from the tech (Alex B) notifying me he was about 15 minutes away. Upon arrival, Alex B was great. He was informative, personal, and efficient. Alex provided a detailed review of our HVAC system and identified a preventive maintenance components to keep it running and prevent damage. Alex provided photos and a video of everything he tested, examined, and addressed. If you are looking for a trustworthy, responsive, and reliable HVAC company, I highly recommend Hobaica and Alex. Their Total Care Club service package and techs are the best on the market.

    Alex Diaz, has been my home A/C Tech for quite a while now. He has done an amazing job keeping my A\C Running at its very best. Kyler Cord was amazing helping me with my septic concerns and fixing any issues that were worrying me. Adrian G. was spot on and amazing at getting my water quality to the point where Me and my family can be happy and comfortable. Each visit from the Hobaica Techs make my home better and safer. I highly recommend Alex Diaz, Kyler Cord, and Adrian G. and Hobaica Services to anyone that wants peace of mind that there home is going to be safe and that the components of the home are always at there best condition and functioning properly for as long as possible. As a team these Techs and Hobaica Services is a homerun for my whole home peace of mind. I look forward to the continued service and upgrades and just overall service that you all deliver to My Home.     2021: I purchased a 5 ton a/c unit from Hobaica in 2021. I notified the rep that I was increasing the square footage of my home, and they recommended I size up from my 4 ton unit to a 5 ton unit. I also purchased the bronze maintenance package to maximize the longevity of the unit. 2026: I received an invoice for over $1,000 after a maintenance inspection in February 2026. The technician said the return duct was too small and is causing airflow restriction, decreasing air distribution, and causing additional wear and tear on the system, which is reducing the lifespan of my unit. I called the billing department after the inspection on February 26th and explained that I sized up from the old unit, the salesperson knew it was a size increase from the old unit, and the Hobaica rep never told me the return duct needed to be upsized. The salesperson told me she understood the issue and would route it up to a manager. Over 2 weeks later, I still hadn’t heard back from the company. I called again, but the call went to voicemail. I left a voicemail. Days later I still hadn't heard back so I called again and left another message. Over a week later, I still hadn’t heard back, so I called again on March 25th. I spoke with the billing department again. The salesperson told me they would reach out to a manager and apologized for not getting back to me. It is now March 27th, over a month since I first called, and no one from the company has returned my phone call. My primary questions to the company are, why was the return duct size not brought up during the initial consultation and instillation, and why has the company done 5 years of maintenance on the unit and only now brought up this issue? I would appreciate it if someone would return my phone call to resolve this issue. At this time, I would not recommend Hobaica for a/c replacement or maintenance due to their lack of technical oversight, poor quality assurance, and poor customer service.
