  Andrew, our technician was great at his job. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Its called routine maintenance for a reason. He did the job and told us might ware out as the system gets older. Our system got a clean bill of health so it was good to go. Mind you we had our first maintenance done 1 year after an inter new system was installed. That 1st technician told us there was all sorts of problems. After explaining to him his company had just installed an entire new system, he changed his tactics. Good technicians are hard to find. Goettl should be glad to have him.

  We had the pleasure of working with Darnell and Andre from Goettl Air conditioning services along with their sales agent. This was the best experience we have had in 10 years. Goettl was the only A/C service company that took the time to verify that our older home was built with no insulation at all. So, we found out that our home was never fully insulated. The quote they provided us, along with the service that was completed was Amazing from beginning to the end. Our home is cool now and way more comfortable to live in. Thank you Darnell, Andre, and your sales agent for helping us all in one day!

  Our water heater failed on 3/31, and Cesar from Goettl came out that same evening. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to inspect the unit carefully, test the water quality, and explain what was going on. His findings even matched the water testing I had already done myself. He verified that the unit was still under warranty, walked us through our options without any pressure, and returned the next morning exactly when he said he would. He removed the old unit, handled the warranty exchange, and installed the new one on schedule. What impressed me most was that when the replacement unit came with an added cost due to increased retail pricing, Goettl covered it and did not pass that cost on to us. That is honoring your word, and that matters. Cesar represented Goettl very well on this job. We were so pleased with the experience that we specifically requested him again for our upcoming plumbing inspection.

  It was the most confusing explanation about my a/c. He repaired /adjusted the vents of the a/c not needing repair. Cost 1000 plus . And the primary ac problem which is what we wanted repaired has not been repaired . I had no understanding and overwhelmed with what he was saying. Half the time he was there was to explain the procedure if the ac unit new install. And I had 0 understanding of it. At the end I paid that 1000 plus dollars without knowing what was done to the unit. And most important. I’ve not gotten a receipt. I emailed Deano Valdez. No response. If I don’t get a receipt and explanation of what I just paid I will dispute the charges and report your company to better business bureau. I’m a senior citizen and I really feel bad for others like me to be overwhelmed and I feel takin advantage of.

  Our ac was blowing warm air which it has in the best and last time it just needed a capacitor. So we called goettl to check our unit. This unit is old roughly 25+ years old but strong. The tech arrived was nice but dishonest the whole appointment. He assumed the issue with the unit as soon as he got their. He believed that the fan motor was seized and that's why it was blowing warm now . He said our capacitor was fine and he basically went into a big manipulative speech Stating that we should get a new ac unit as his fix would just be abadnd aid. His first lie was saying he had the fan motor on the truck which he did not. He then showed us pictures of someone else's dirty ac unit and pretended it was ours and that we need a Cleaning as well. He would do the cleaning and switch the fan motor for 2600. The fan motor alone is a 100 dollar part that we found out wasn't even broken. He even tried to use my kids as bargaining chips to guilt me into making a bad financial decision and buy a new over priced unit. We had someone else look at the unit a day later and it was the capacitor now we are sitting ice cold air again. Don't give up on those older units most of these ac techs lie. Goettl lied at every step and even diagnosed the problem incorrectly. They are predators its sad. If they also see there initial scare tactics don't work then they will come down on the price. units are not difficult there very simple most parts are cheep. Don't give up on those older better units . The tech even admitted the new units don't last as long and are extremely sensitive.
