  Today we had Alberto from Goettl Air Conditioning at our home to evaluate and document damage that occurred to portions of our rooftop HVAC ductwork during a recent roofing project involving tile roofing, TPO flat roofing, and asphalt shingles around our rooftop A/C units. I was extremely impressed with Alberto’s professionalism, thoroughness, and technical knowledge throughout the entire visit. Rather than simply walking through and making assumptions, Alberto carefully mapped the airflow from all three rooftop HVAC units throughout the home. He inspected and photographed every cold-air return, interior vent, attic duct run, rooftop duct section, and related system component. What really stood out was his attention to detail. Alberto took nearly 200 photos documenting the complete heating and cooling system so that every concern could later be referenced visually and explained accurately. That level of documentation gave us tremendous confidence that nothing was being overlooked. During his inspection, Alberto identified multiple issues including improperly mounted rooftop equipment, leaking ductwork, exposed 240v wiring inside broken conduit, improperly installed low-voltage wiring loosely routed across the roof, taped-shut access controls, and several additional installation and safety concerns that otherwise could have easily been missed. It was very clear that Alberto takes pride in doing things correctly and thoroughly. He was professional, methodical, patient in answering questions, and extremely knowledgeable about both HVAC systems and rooftop installation challenges. I would highly recommend Alberto to anyone needing diagnostic, estimation, or system evaluation work completed correctly the first time. Goettl is fortunate to have a technician with this level of dedication and professionalism representing their company.

  I cannot say enough good things about this company and the people who work there. At 83 years old, raising my handicapped grandson and also caring for his mother, my adopted daughter who has a mental handicap, I was terrified about how I would afford a new HVAC system. Living in Arizona without air conditioning is simply not an option, especially in this heat. Goettl went far beyond what anyone would expect. They treated me with kindness, respect, and compassion, and they worked very hard to cut the cost of the new system for me as an act of customer appreciation. They truly cared about helping my family, not just making a sale. Because of goettl we do not have to suffer through the Arizona summer heat. Their generosity and honesty meant more to me than words can express. It is rare these days to find a company with this kind of heart and integrity. I will never forget what they did for us, and I recommend them with all my heart.

  Axel Sorenson was very nice and friendly. But I will say he didn’t do his job and all he tried to do is sell me something. He spent five mins on my water heater took some pics and then unhooked the hose and said I need a new water heater. Before all that he also tried to sell me a new ro system and soft water system. Which I already have these things. Nothing about your plumbing service felt good. I will Not use you guys for plumbing. Fun fact about this is I had your ac team come later that day. They did their job fixed what needed to be fixed. Informed me and were honest. I will use your ac service. But damn your plumbing people are not welcome in my house. I would rather have a door salesman try sale me plumbing than geottl.

  Angel was fantastic from start to finish. He arrived right on time, was incredibly friendly, and immediately put us at ease with his professionalism and expertise. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our system, explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure we felt confident in the condition of our AC. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and patient he was—he didn’t just fix the issue, he educated us on how to properly care for our unit to keep it running smoothly.
