Worst company on the face of the planet technician didn’t even show up and they scheduled me for the wrong time after confirming that I was scheduled for the time I originally agreed upon. When the technician said he was about to arrive, I was waiting for him and he never showed and then after calling, they said that he went to another appointment and couldn’t come out until a different day. Would never recommend this company to anybody would give them zero stars as possible.
Predatory pricing and a refund nightmare. They quoted me $3,000 for a repair that cost $740 elsewhere. The tech used high-pressure "call the manager" tactics and lied about the part cost ($1,800+) to justify the 400% markup.
Because I have young kids, I felt pressured into a deposit, but even after canceling 2 hours later after contacting my go-to local contractor who had been busy at the time, they’ve held my money hostage. I’m 11 days in with 5 calls made, and they’re claiming a 4 to 5 week total turnaround for a refund. This isn't a premium service; it's predatory. Save your money and call a local independent pro instead.

Usually we have a great experience but this time our scheduled allotted time was not met there was no communication from anyone about the delay. After calling twice we finally got a call from the technician. He was super apologetic about the delay said he was held up at another job. He did a great job but I think that communication had a major breakdown! He said he called dispatch to tell them he was behind but when we talked to them they were clueless!
Thank you for sending Danielle N. out last Sunday (3/29/2026) to evaluate our 22-year-old 5-ton heat pump and provide an honest assessment of whether to repair our existing R-22 system or upgrade.
Danielle has an exceptional ability to break down complex refrigeration concepts and clearly explain the risks and benefits in a way both my wife and I could easily understand.
After receiving consultations and quotes from six other A/C contractors, we ultimately chose to move forward with a new system and a 10-year “Worry-Free” warranty through George Brazil. We finalized everything Sunday night, and impressively, the new unit was installed just two days later.
Danielle promised to send the “A Team” for the installation—and she delivered. Louise and Jorge were outstanding. They completed the entire job in about five hours, including installing a ground-level condenser and an upstairs evaporator/blower unit.
Everything looks great, runs smoothly, and is cooling the house perfectly. They were also very respectful of our home and did a great job keeping everything clean.
Thank you, Danielle, Louise, and Jorge, for such an excellent HVAC experience. We look forward to many years of reliable cooling, heating, and maintenance with our new system.
To bad they sound like there going to be reasonable in price when they wave the service fee. But they get it back when they quote you price, I got a quote to install a ceiling fan that the mount was all ready there of $409.00 to replace a ceiling fan same make and model , after I refuse to be bent over and screwed and scammed I did it myself took maybe 45 minutes if that -need to have a better price guide
If I knew it was going to get screwed I would never have called them and won't ever again
