  ANTHONY & HENRY were top-notched, very polite and knowledgeable Professional Plumbers that work for WYMAN PLUMBING. I will always call upon them as my go-to for our Plumbing Needs.amd requirements. I also learned from them today as I want to learn something new every day. I will call on them every year to change my RO Eco system filters. They were pros and glad they were recommended!   We’ve used Wyman twice now. Once to upgrade some plumbing issues noted in our home inspection and later for a minor water softener filter issue (not their installation) and a free plumbing inspection (which was actually free!). Anthony was our technician on the second visit. He was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. Would definitely use Wyman again.

  I found Wyman through their great Google reviews. We had a leak at the main water meter in our yard. Setting up the appointment was easy and communications were good with confirmation of service and text/email notices that the technician was on his way. Anthony arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He handed us a brochure on their membership as soon as he got out of his truck in salesman mode. He identified the issue and gave us a quote to replace two valves for $941. Not knowing what something like this should cost, we agreed to it. The job took 45 minutes. He went on to identify other plumbing needs with quotes of what he could do the job for, some of which we were aware of, but nothing that was urgent. Felt like he was more of a salesman than a plumber. We said we appreciated his imput but we were going to hold off. I was feeling uncomfortable with the nearly $1000 for work that took less than an hour. I contacted two plumbing companies to get a quote on the work we had done. One gave me a quote of $400 and the other $450. I also looked for the retail cost of the 2 valves which totaled about $130. Even with expected markup for the parts, that's a huge service fee. It's unfortunate, because we do have lots of plumbing work that needs to be done, but we won't use Wyman's, nor recommend them. I did call their office and share my frustration. Julie who took the call was very sympathetic and said she appreciated the feedback...end of story.

  I called this company and they sounded great over the phone told him exactly what we needed and they were like, Yes we can get somebody out there on Saturday between 10 o’clock and noon. Person shows up first words out of his mouth is I don’t think I can do this today, so I would recommend looking at other plumbing companies because this one does not deliver.

  Anthony P went above and beyond with my plumbing repair! He showed up right on time, diagnosed the issue within minutes, and had everything fixed quickly and professionally. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. You can tell he truly cares about his work and his customers. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable — exactly what you want in a plumber. I’ll definitely be calling Anthony for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-notch service!
