  Yesterday we woke up to water on floor in garage due to water heater issue (heater was 14yrs old). Called Wyman and Erik was on the case for a 4:30 PM appointment! Erik has done work before on our house - he is top notch! His customer service, knowledge, experience and execution of doing things right is 2nd to none! Erik was very connected communication wise throughout the day and by 7:00 pm the same day we had hot water for showers! Wyman has been our plumbing service for years…best in the business and Erik is truly the total package when it comes to quality of work and customer service in a timely manner! Thank you Erik and Wyman!

  I hired Wyman for plumbing issues with our guest bathroom. The communication with the dispatcher, status notifications by text, and the technician, Anthony, exceeded my expectations. Anthony was professional, pleasant and demonstrated deep knowledge of his profession. He quickly summarized the root cause, proposed solutions and the cost of the repair was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Wyman for responsiveness, communication, and customer service. Thanks, Anthony!!!

  We were experiencing banging pipes in the early morning hours for several days running. I called Wyman Plumbing and Mechanical and spoke with a gracious and helpful receptionist. She listened and took very good notes for her colleagues, and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They sent a text message introduction ahead of the people who were coming over, so we would know their names and something about them. Eric and Henry communicated with us via text messaging the following morning to let us know they were on their way, and arrived on time as scheduled. Which helped us plan our work time and take care of our dogs. Eric and Henry performed diagnostic tests to determine the cause of the problem and a solution. They were friendly and very knowledgeable, and we had a very informative discussion of the problem and they helped us understand what is going on and their strategy for fixing it. They invited questions and listened to us. They gave us a bid proposal that we signed off on and scheduled the repairs for the next week. Again, Eric communicated via text and arrived on time to make the repairs. The work was performed exactly as described and within the time frame described. The craftsmanship is amazing! The soldering and welding of the copper pipes is beautiful to behold and absolutely clean. They stayed within their estimate of costs, and there was never any pressure to go beyond the job at hand. Friendly and gracious customer service. Excellent craftsmanship. Straight forward and honest. Our new go to plumbers.
