  We are early in our process. We have our bid for all our windows and slider and have accepted and signed our contract. We are looking forward to having our new windows installed.

  We have had Window World help us several times over the past several years with replacement of our original windows. In order to make it affordable, we worked with our salesman Lee Cook (who is amazing) to plan out which windows were in the most need to be replaced and in which order. We also had our patio slider and side garage door replaced as well. The installation teams are amazing and our windows have never been easier to operate. The best part was being able to leave our shutters open without our rooms getting so hot because their glass has great UV protection and energy efficiency. Customer service has been so great as well, and David Perez has helped us with any questions we have had once the windows/doors were installed. We are heading back to Window World for our last set of windows to complete our entire house replacement, and we can't wait to have them all done and beautiful for years to come!

  Have been a homeowner in Chandler for 40 years and replaced my windows several years ago with Window World. As with almost everything, once in awhile you're going to need some warranty work done. This is why I'm giving Window World a five Star review. They knocked it out of the park. Incredible customer service, follow-up calls, etc.... If you're in the market for reasonably priced windows and great service, these are your guys and gals for the job.

  We had 9 windows installed by Window World. Unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing overall. One of the windows leaked during the very first rainstorm. To their credit, they did send someone out in a timely manner to address it. However, another window cracked on its own shortly after installation. We had to wait over a month for the replacement. Within a month of that replacement, the other side of the same window cracked. When I called it in, I was told it had been ordered, but I did not receive any follow-up. It wasn’t until I called again — about two months later — that I received a return call and was told installation could be scheduled two weeks out. In addition, we have large 5’ x 5’ sliding windows, and when opened they do not feel very sturdy or strong. That is not the case on the smaller windows. Based on our experience, including the repeated glass issues and communication delays, I would not recommend Window World. We still have 11 windows to replace and we will be using another company.

  The beginning was so happy with our sales person he help so much with the financial aspect, explaining the instructions we will reframe windows using termite protection wood , will wrap frame with special materials and use our own caulking, all I had to do is remove all stuff off windows and any frame ect , wow came in the day of installation was a contractor replacement window not frame windows was so upset the installer was so helpful we were going to cancel so misguided by what sale said the installer made things right not what we were expecting however installer is just all in one for this company did not think they would come back to complete the and finish this job when Danny called to make appointment any other issues he made sure the installer knew and what a professional job all around as I said not what was expected by sales person,Installer and Mark and Danny really came through for the windows we received the price was high for what we received however very satisfied… like I said redone frames with there wrap No wrap around window trim…
