  Great company! Installed two heat pumps 6 years ago and even took care of registering the 10 year parts/labor warranties. Just finished the semi-annual inspection where John (great guy) cleaned not only the inner and outer coils but also the blower motor and fan. That's as well as checking all the electronics, coolant, etc. Unlike other companies, these guys don't try to up-sell you every time they come for inspection. Highly recommended.

  Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. This was a routine check of my water tank, drainage. I had not problems with the system in the entire house. The plumber found the water pressure at 40 psi, he mentioned that should be between 60-80 and believed the PRV was failing. I asked why not adjusted? He’s response was that most likely the screw would rusted and the valves come with pre stablished pressure. My question was if these valves are adjusted and he answered yes, so I asked him to try my valve. He responded that usually you don’t touch valves. He proposed to replace the valve $675. The valve is only 3 years old and since he mentioned the pressure is adjusted after the valve is installed. I decided not to replace it. I less than 10 minutes I adjusted the pressure using the screw design for that purpose. I set up the water pressure at 65 psi It is very sad, the plumber was pushing me to change the prv without checking if mine worked or not. Unfortunately, this attitude reflects in very negative manner not only on the worker but also on the company. Oscar

  Chris and Junior are an exceptional, professional team who collaborate very well together to gather data to make a diagnosis for needed repairs. I'm not sure I can afford the cost for these repairs right now. I do plan to get other bids. If they are within range of the bid I received from Chris, I will do business with Way Cool.   So excited and happy about my entire experience with Way Cool Plumbing and Air. I knew I wanted a Trane A/C unit .. Way Cool was listed on Trane's website with 5 star reviews and hands down lived up to all 5 stars and then some. I got bids from several HVAC outfits but went with Way Cool for several reasons... 1. Don, who came out to bid the job, was able to clearly lay out all the features, advantages/disadvantages, discounts and tax credits on the various units to make my buying decision easy. The reason why I mention this is because another company without the numbers saavy would have charged me an additional $4K for the same unit. 2. Zach, one of Way Cool's technicians, also came out on the initial call to give me a repair quote on my old machine in case I wanted to go the bandaid route versus buying a new unit.. 3. Jose Miranda and Michael did the install in one day - Super nice, friendly guys doing quality work - Can't beat that! I'm blown away by how they re-configured the closet where the unit sits: completely sealing areas that had formerly been left open to crawl spaces under the house (think mice!) and sealing outside entry points with foam. Lots of attention to detail, going the extra mile, doing things right. 4. One of the owners, Kendra, popped in to check in and thank us for choosing Way Cool.. You can see how much everyone enjoys working for this company.. lots of support for the employees and the homeowners. 5. Need to mention meeting Jorge who came today to make a few adjustments.. .. these guys are perfectionists.. they don't leave a job until it's up to their high standards. Quality work! This install is such an upgrade over my former install .. I'm thrilled!

  Today, my HVAC was professionally serviced by Javier. I had never even thought about using the adverb "professionally" in a rating/review prior to meeting Javier. When he arrived, he was extremely courteous and offered me a kind greeting/introduction. He briefly described the tasks at hand and immediately began to service my unit. I am extremely impressed with the expertise and care he demonstrated to complete the job. Javier was super thorough and I felt as if he was performing the maintenance on his personal unit which added to my trust in his ability to complete an in-depth tune up. After the completion of the job, I was so satisfied that I asked him to please sign me up for another annual service agreement. Great job, Javier! Way Cool Plumbing, is extremely lucky to have you on their team. Thank you Javier, and I'll see you in six months for my summer tune up.
