Our water heater is located outdoors and he advised on how to better protect it from the elements, going as far as to install the water heater on top of extra pavestones that we had. Our new water heater was installed within 2 hours. Carlos also secured our existing water heater enclosure and advised us on additional brackets that we could add to the enclosure to help protect our new water heater. Overall, we could not ask for more with respect to advice on caring for our new water heater and a professional service.
