I am very happy I went to Sunbelt Rentals today. They gave me my military discount too! I saved 600.00 going here instead of having my plumber do it. I reserved it over the phone. When I arrived I noticed a Veteran parking place just for Vets and I pulled in. That was impressive and I felt appreciated as a Veteran. Checking out was easy, they loaded my car and off I went. I recommend Sunbelt Rentals wholeheartedly.

Only reason why I’m leaving a review is to save someone else from experiencing what I’ve experienced under the new owners Sunbelt. I’ve rented from A-Z multiple times over the past 10 years through multiple different companies and never had an issue. Always worked with Susan out of Chandler who is AMAZING!
Back in December I had to rent a forklift from them and I was forced to go in since I couldn’t get a quote online. Paid and signed for it and they said the only way they could do this is if I rented it for a whole week from Monday- Monday since they didn’t have flexibility with their deliveries that week. I agreed to that and took a loss with renting it for a week. Never got a receipt because the rep said they changed systems and they had issues with the new one sending out receipts. My rep in Phoenix was awesome and he agreed that the new system sucked! My event passes and 4 days after I get a call on Thursday asking if I was done using the forklift? I was like yeah, it was supposed to be picked up on Monday, the only day you allowed me to have pickup. The pickup driver said I had to schedule pickups when I was done using the equipment. I said what do you mean schedule a pickup when it was scheduled before I paid because it was the only day you allowed me to have pickup. Go to look at my credit card, they charged me 2 weeks of renting a fork lift I used 1 day. Everytime I call, I get hung up on or transferred. The only person who has offered to help is Susan and they are ignoring her emails now. They sent me Mark Krooks email and never got a response from him and I’m so done at this point. 4k down the drain because of their lack of customer care. Will never use them again!

Is a deposit required for a reservation?
For customers without a line of credit, Sunbelt Rentals does not require a deposit to rent tools and equipment. However, you will be asked for payment information when you make your reservation. Your credit or debit card will not be charged for the rental period (one ((1)) day minimum) until you pick up the equipment.
For Credit Customers, we will secure a deposit for your reservation. This deposit will be held within your account until the rental equipment is returned and the contract closed. Apply for a credit account here.
If your project is quick and you only need the equipment for a few hours, Sunbelt Rentals does offer a Rapid Return rate. Return the equipment within four (4) hours of the pickup time and we will refund the difference of the Rapid Return rate. Rates will vary based on product. What if I need to keep my equipment longer?
If you need assistance, please contact the branch of the equipment rental and they can extend the rental for you. When you keep the equipment longer, we will add the additional time and charges to your contract and credit card. Please refer to the rental contract, where the day, week and 4-week rates are shown for each piece of tool and equipment.
Can I return rented equipment at any location?
Typically, equipment should be returned to the same location where you initially rented it. If you need to return it to a different location, please contact the store where you rented the equipment for guidance. It’s advisable to call ahead so we can assist you in finding a convenient alternative location for your return. Your convenience is our priority.
What is the cost for the delivery of equipment to my location?
The delivery charge is calculated based on the category and class of equipment, the location of the rental location, the distance of the project site from the rental location.
Can I get tools and equipment delivered to me?
Yes, Sunbelt Rentals offers convenient delivery options from our extensive network of locations for a reasonable fee. When making a reservation, simply select the delivery option. During the reservation process, you can specify the delivery drop-off date and time, as well as your estimated equipment pickup date. The estimate is for our planning purposes and not a final date.
To initiate our equipment pickup service, you must confirm the end of your rental via the app or by phone. Additionally, if you have specific delivery instructions or prefer a designated contact person for coordination, please include those details when submitting your reservation.
For businesses utilizing a commercial credit account, associated delivery and pickup fees will be reflected in your invoice.
To receive notifications about your delivery, adjust your settings in your account to receive reminders and updates related to your delivery and pickup.
What happens if a tool breaks or quits working while I am renting it?
Sunbelt Rentals inspects and services each piece of equipment prior to each rental and should be in good working order. If you experience problems with the tool while renting it, please go to the specific Equipment Detail page within the reservation to request service. If you need additional assistance, please contact the branch of the equipment rental and they can arrange for next steps or a replacement. If you want to have protection in the event of damage, Sunbelt Rentals offers a Rental Protection Plan (RPP), which can be purchased at the start of your rental.
What do I need to rent a tool at Sunbelt Rentals?
