Hector came out today, and in a matter of 20min was able to diagnose and repair the problem! We've literally spent thousands of dollars with a big name company here in the valley, and Hector fixed it just like that. Fantastic and speedy service. We highly recommend Scottsdale Air and Hector!! Great job guys.

He showed up on time, was professional and respectful of our home, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why it mattered. He thoroughly inspected and serviced the system, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was running efficiently before he left. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with great customer service, but Patrick absolutely does. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. Our system is running better than it has in a long time. Highly recommend Patrick to anyone needing HVAC service.
