  The plumber, Carson Pfile, was excellent. He did a great job of diagnosing our problem, explaining the repair, and completing repair in a timely manner. He was also courteous and friendly!

  Technician Isaac was nice, knowledgeable, and informative. Love that they have 24 hours customer service. Got an appt the next day after calling. This is the second time we’ve used Rainforest in the past 5 months for separate issues.

  They came out right away. But unfortunately they had to order a part from the manufacturer. I know that when the party comes in they will do a good job. They have always given us great service. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Technician, Michael was awesome! He went above and beyond to find the part locally so I didn't have to wait forever for the past to come from the manufacturer

  Amazing service from the minute they took my emergency call after hours until the job was complete that same evening. Very reasonable price. James showed up with equipment in hand and got right to work. He even cleaned up after he was done. Established trust by explaining what repairs needed to be done and how long he’s been in the business.

  James the Technician sent to give me an estimate on my homes broken sewer line, was outstanding in communicating to me the exact problem. His professional approach and friendly behavior and positive attitude was a bonus for me, because I was already stressed out for the last ten days because of this broken line. He was able to clear the line, putting our home back in some sort of normal condition. Although I was made to clearly understand that the break in the line needed to be addressed ASAP..as the cleared line was just a temporary fix. The repair will cost thousands.. I believe that l received a fair and honest estimate from James and his Company. This company was recommended to me by a plumber I trust (Ben) of Benjamin’s Plumbing. He was booked one month in advance and unavailable to take on another major project. He is a Man of Faith as I am..and I trusted him to steer me in the right direction for another Plumber.. and his recommendation did not disappoint. James the Technician, along with his Office Manager was able to apply a small discount to us being Veterans and seniors. Which we greatly appreciated James positive feedback and over the top Customer Care is the major reason I intend to use this company once I have the funds and finances for the project. James honesty was shown to me in another way even before he had diagnosed the problem. The night before I had been outside washing my car and apparently the diamond ring that I was wearing slipped from my finger. I thought that it was in the house somewhere, or had slipped from my hand while sleeping..but that was not the case. James had walked past my Lincoln and saw something shiny very brightly on the ground from the sunshine. He thought the bright shining spot on the ground was odd and pick it up.. It was my ring. It was /is a 5 thousand dollar Anniversary present. I’m grateful To God first for sending James my way. But most grateful to James for finding it and being honest enough to return it. God always has a way of making His presence known, and the blessing that He sends our way..(James) was Jesus brother name, so I take this James as being a sign Of God.. that I’m making the right choice for the repair. And He sent the right Technician to bless me twice in one day. Thank you James I’m grateful for your professionalism and for your honesty and kindness.
