Multiple handymen, locksmiths, and sliding glass door experts later…I found Phoenix folding door co on google and they came out and solved it within 15 minutes! It was the bane of my existence not being able to lock the door so I am so grateful they helped. If I ever needed a new folding door, I’d call them in a heartbeat.
- DBDoug BrostAug 29, 20251.0Highly unsatisfied!!! We had our beautiful new door installed in March and as soon as we cleaned it we noticed a large defect on the surface of one of the glass panels. We tried everything known to man to clean the glass to no avail. I called Phoenix folding door and they let me know that they got a "bad shipment" and that they would have a new panel for us within 6 weeks and would completely cover the replacement. I waited 8 weeks and never heard anything. I called again and was told that they would have it resolved within 2-3 weeks yet here we sit at the end of August looking out through a very expensive damaged door. WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!
