- DRDecks Patios & Concrete RepairsNov 4, 20251.0I use them as little as possible and it’s mostly because of their service. Unfortunately, all the people upfront have poor communication skills, and difficult to do business here. A simple pallet return takes unnecessarily long and a pallet drivers are in no rush to help forget about timely deliveries to it’s usually two weeks out for any paver not in stock. It’s like anything else, you’re only around until people find alternate options really nothing compelling to keep my business here— the end.

It felt like I was bothering her by simply calling with a question. Customer service should make people feel welcome, not dismissed. Definitely not getting my business if she is there.

Crew is sitting around and no blocks. We have to pay the crew for their time even though nothing was done. If you want to pay for a crew sitting around when blocks were scheduled to be delivered and they were not, second time, then Marvel is your best choice.
