  Matt was informative and went over my roof with me as I am the 2nd owner and explained what kind of roof I have and showed me pictures . and fixed the problem told me to call in a year to have it checked again. it is covered under warranty. thank you

  We hired Lyons Roofing to do a complete tear off of underlayment down to the wood and replacement. The entire process from inspection to quoting to the actual work was done responsibly and with care. The crew doing the work arrived each day on time and quit at dusk. A foreman arrived each day to verify the quality of job and give an update on progress. A daily cleanup was also performed. The replacement took a little over a week. Removing and replacing underlayment is not an inexpensive endeavor. Lyons has 3 levels of service (good, better, best). We choose the premium option and feel the value was worth it.

  Attention to detail, communicative and honest. I was very impressed with Lyons process of not only emailing but texting and calling to make sure I was aware of thier schedule, progress and ultimately completion. These guys know what they are doing and have been around long enough to hold a good reputation. I will be a repeat customer!

  This is the only roofing company I would deal with. They are genuine, not looking to rip you off and just do good work. After the storms here in September, I got multiple quotes do repair damaged shingles, these guys obviously just knew what needed to be done..walk the roof inspect every square foot visually and using a blower to check for loose ones and replace ones that need to be replaced. They did a great job and were very reasonable on price where others were going to do half as much work. They also repaired my skylights and did a great job. Just recently had them come out and re-shingle and seal the area around my AC units, as it was leaking after I replaced the units. I had to fight day and night to cover this, they ultimately covered one. Lyons will get the bid when the time for a new roof here arrives.

  I had my back roof replaced by lyons roofing 9.9 years ago. The company has changed hands since then. Two years ago (when it was under the new ownership, ) I asked them to come out because several shingles had come off and the back roof wasn’t looking that good. I had told The person sending the appointment that lyons roofing had put in the back-roof. A person came out he said he was the son of the new owner. He looked it over and said that the whole roof needed to be replaced and that whoever did the back roof did a really bad job of it. That there was missing shingles, shingles, pulling up easily and fiberglass from the shingles showing through. He then handed me a quote for a whole new roof. When I told them they had done the back roof and that it was still under warranty. All he wanted to do was change the estimate for just the back roof. I explained that they had done the back roof and it was still under warranty and I wanted it fixed. He said he would set up a date for that. It took more well over six months of calling, leaving messages, emailing, etc., and they would always say they were going to put it on the schedule and they didn’t come. Finally, when I threatened to contact the registrar of contractors and the Attorney journal’s office they finally came out and replaced a few shingles that were missing. Please note that even though they gave me paperwork to show that they had been out it’s not showing up in their computer now. At least that’s what the person I talk to today said. Yes, the roof is still under warranty, but this work should’ve been done two years ago when they first noticed it. And they can’t come out at all this week to look at the roof. I have had other roofers up on the roof and in the attic and yes, the back roof is much worse than the front roof which was actually 10 to 15 years older than the back roof. With the way, I was treated two years ago regarding the warranty and the fact that I now have damage in my attic and leaking due to the back roof…there’s no way I will have lyons roofing do any work on my roof! I don’t trust them nor their work, nor do I trust their ability to treat their clients properly. The fact that they treat pre-existing clients as bad as they do and all the bad feedback that has shown up since the new ownership (there was a little to no bad feedback for the old owners), and even if I could get them to come out to honor the warranty it would likely only honor the materials, not the labor. And I certainly don’t want that low quality of shingles back on my roof to only have to be replaced 8 to 10 years later. Beware of this company. Read the the yelp reviews. We can’t all be wrong. There may be some good feedback, but how many of those have had the roof enough time to know how well it’s going to last.
