  I had an emergency and didn’t know who to call so I remembered I saw one of their vehicles on the freeway! This company was able to come out and get my issues resolved and then some! Jesse did a great job he was willing to listen and give us feedback and really helped us with the issues we were having! Thanks again we really appreciate u!

  Do not recommend A1 Garage Door Service .. I called asking how much to repair 1 broken spring they wouldn't give any price over the phone.. clue one i shouldn't have even let them come... The tech arrives ask him straight out what is the most prices effective spring.. the lowest one they offer is $700.00 lmfao... then I say yeah no thank you I appreciate your time.. then she says we'll what about $400.00 for both springs.... um how about no.. how was it $700 for those same spring but magically you offer almost a 50% discount 🤔 sorry not with my money you dont.. Sounds like your techs make up there own cost and for the bottom of the barrel 2 year warranty to be $700 is insane!!

  Vanessa from A1 Garage Door Service was absolutely amazing. She was so knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and accommodating. She truly showcased and exhibited the epitome of a professional. We truly enjoyed getting a chance to speak with her and interact during our time of need. We wish we had gotten more business cards from her so we could go door-to-door throughout our neighborhood to spread the word about how great, Vanessa from A1 Garage Door Service, was an absolute pleasure.   I had a few concerns about how the visit was handled at the start of the appointment I was advised I needed to pay an additional $10 shop charge beyond the quoted price. I questioned this because I was advised I only had to pay $129 and also my friend had the same service performed by your company a week prior and they didn't charge her this fee. I pushed back I was then told I did not have to pay the additional charge and that your company charges what is quoted because your reputable business. It sounds like you were just trying to make yourself sound good to cover up a mistake. You shouldn't try to charge somebody more than initially quoted. Additionally during the visit the technician stated I needed a new garage door and essentially every other component would need to be replaced. This was surprising as I've had no issues with my garage door and I felt a bit pressured. I was also not given a clear explanation of what all was covered during the 29 point inspection. Finally when I asked for the pricing and information on a new garage door and system to be emailed he said no he would have to make an appointment for him to come back and I'd have to discuss it over the phone with one of their sales people. I'm sharing this feedback because transparency consistency and clear communication are important to me when choosing a service provider. I hope you will take this into consideration and clarify your policies and don't charge more than quoted over the phone. He was a wonderful man nothing against him whatsoever.

  The guy who came to my house was fine. I was in a situation where I came home and needed something fixed asap. I called them cause they popped up on google. The problem was the way they quote you pricing. All I needed was a brand new spring replaced the pipe that goes through it and the two end pieces. I was quoted three separate prices for entry level mid-level and high-end spring with lifetime warranty. I told him I’m interested in a lifetime warranty, but the price was pretty steep. I have a standard 8 foot garage two door and I was quoted $2200. I told him that was a lot more than I was thinking, I was gonna spend so the guy calls his boss. And his boss is asking me questions and I am now in a situation where I have to negotiate a price which was kind of awkward. He then immediately dropped the price to 1699 and I paid it.. To be honest, I honestly felt like I got played and got taken advantage of and got completely ripped off in terms of price. Since then I have gotten different estimates from multiple places and I’m absolutely shocked at what I was charged. They got me. It’s nobody’s fault but my own. I was the classic in a spot where I need some help they showed up and gave me a ridiculously high price when I said it was a little high and I was thinking about getting a second opinion he calls up his boss on speaker and now I’m in the middle trying to negotiate pricing, which was Crazy. Again, the technician that came to my house was fine. He did a good job, but I got completely ripped off by A1 garage. Oh, and $400 for new rollers?!? At the end of the day I paid. It’s on me. Just be aware of this sales tactic.
