    5 Stars because of Beau!!! I was at my wits end. Home Depot lady did not even know the difference between a sweep and a threshold for Jeld Wen. I went to Jeld Wen, it was even crazier. I could not get a part number to tell the Home Depot lady what to order from the Jeld Wen Quote department. Than the warranty department wanted a receipt to deal with me even after I told them, " I don't want the part for free under warranty. I just want the part number" I went to the Jeld Wen site and found Lasting Impressions, Window and Doors. I started e mailing this guy named Beau and he sent me a diagram with a picture of the part I needed. Than when I came by to check it out he showed me exactly what I needed. GO HERE! Don't waste your time at Home Depot!! Beau knows BEST!!

    We were referred to Lasting Impressions by a friend who had their front door replaced. We had a great experience from start to finish. Beau came out for an initial consult and his expertise was greatly appreciated. We were ready to replace our very large and heavy front door completely (which would have been a few thousand dollars), but he reassured us with a few adjustments we could solve the issues we were having with our door. Alexa at the office was extremely kind, communicative and professional. Cal came out three different times to our home to make sure the door was completely fixed to our liking. He was also extremely kind and professional. We are thankful we were referred to them!
