He was prompt, courteous and professional (and obviously loved his job/company). He has a wealth of knowledge and experience and provided me with a great summary of my plumbing system along with a list of suggested improvements. No pressure, though and took the time to go over the pros and cons. Very impressed.

The receipt also says they checked the “duct static pressures” with no problems noted. Now under the first Howard Air Care visit 3 months later they tell me, “Found total external static pressure high. Ductwork is not adequately sized for system. Recommended client receive a quote for duct system repair/replacement.” Up sales at its best, we have lived in this house for 39 years with this only being the second air-conditioning unit we have had to replace.

They inspected the old unit, walked my dad through everything, showed him what broke, and clearly explained all of our options—from repair to full replacement—so we could make an informed decision. I have them a call and they came out the very next day and completed the installation the day after that. It was a tricky job, but they handled it with skill and determination, staying until everything was done right. Their communication, efficiency, and quality workmanship truly stood out. I can’t say enough good things about Howard Air & Plumbing—they exceeded our expectations and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
