This week was my 3rd complete unit install (replacing 11 year old 1st unit) The crew, Eric & Alexis, showed up on time and left the house clean. They were friendly and I enjoyed hearing thier laughter as they worked. I know there are "cheaper" companies out there but I believe you get what you pay for.

I can only express pleasure at meeting both of them. They listened as my husband and I voiced our concerns and addressed all of them. We are very pleased with the service we get from Howard air and have used their services for more than 12 years. Thanks again!!!
