- JAJanice Allen3 days ago5.0Melvin performed the winter check up on my new system. He was thorough, efficient and conscientious! He also kindly replaced my filters, one of which requires a 10 foot ladder to reach it. Not to mention, the attic access does too! He was polite and cheerful throughout.

The technician, Daniel Lloshi check my unit for gas leaks and found the unit was working OK (No gas leak). He was very experienced and knowledgeable about my unit and explained that Sometimes when the unit has not been used for a while, Dust buildup well burn off an odor That smells like Similar to gas.

He performed thorough preventative checks of my HVAC systems and showed me photos and provided explanations of all the checks he performed. Also made recommendations of optional service to consider with photos to show where improvements could be made. He also replaced my old defective thermostats and after installing the new ones, took the time to properly set them up and program their settings. Provided friendly and professional service. I highly recommend!
- DSDan Strafalace5 days ago5.0Diego did our annual heating system check last night and, although he was running late due to repairs necessary at his previous call, he took his time testing, adjusting and explaining the operational status of our furnace. At 7:30 in the evening some technicians may have cut corners but not Diego. Diego also did an emergency AC call in June and our AC inspection & adjustment in July. In both of those calls Diego gave the same high level of service as he did last night.
