  I have have tried many ac companies in Scottsdale/Phoenix and none compare to Howard Air! They came to us from a personal referral and lived up to the trustworthy recommendation and technical capabilities noted. We had both regular preventative maintenance and a new system install and both were Exceptional experiences. All of the staff encountered were polite, professional and expert in their field. Logan and Jacob did an outstanding job on our new system install and Junior on our maintenance and sale of new solution. Their level of communication, follow up and current state of technology is unmatched. They are also very proud of who they work for which is apparent to their customers.

  Scott was absolutely an amazing technician assisting with the issues with water heater. He shared his recommendations, explained each one and made sure I was comfortable with the outcome. It was late at night, but even after all day work, Scott was up to work all night if necessary. A spectacular customer service. Thank you so much, Beta Benjamin

  Howard Air and plumbing is a wonderful service company in the greater Metro Phoenix area. They have courteous and responsible staff from the person who answered the phone to the technician who arrives on time. I really appreciate the advanced notice and communication on the day of service.

  Today I had my Air conditioner checked before the heat begins in Phoenix. Ramon Ramirez came out for the service. I appreciated his respect for my home inside and out. He wore shoe covers while inside and when accessing the outside worked carefully around plants and the surroundings. He provided information as he was going through the maintenance check lists and encourage questions throughout his time here. I would highly recommend having your HVAC maintenance through Howard Air and performed by Roman Ramirez.

  Gilbert from Howard Air came out and went over everything for a new ac unit. He also phoned his manager Carlos gave me money off my new ac. Senior discount and paying by check and rebate from APS. I didnt go with Howard Air since another Company offered to add the ductwork to my job. More money but it was done right. I would still recommend Howard Air to others due to they work with all your needs. Thank u
