Every technician and supervisor has been thoroughly impressive. I have to give Ariel and Junior (Supervisor) kudos. They went above and beyond. I'm beginning to suspect all Howard Air employees do this. They back up all there findings with physical evidence. While they were here. I was sent 19 pics including videos of what they found. They were quick and efficient maximizing time but not sacrificing quality. I have found this level of workmanship is rare in this day and age. It is a breath of fresh air. They appear to love what they do and geek out at the science behind it. I love it! Thank you Howard Air! Please keep on hiring, training and providing this level of service!

Tech Jovanny Reyes serviced my a/c's today and was very pleasant, respectful, personable, and above all was not pushy at selling me something I dont need. That in itself is very important to me. I have a maintenance contract with them and they are always good at calling when maintenance is due. They are honest and forthcoming with any costs.

He even went up into the attic to insure that the installation ductwork was properly sealed and the blown-in insulation was returned to the proper depth and coverage.

They had someone come out late in the day after I called and they admitted my service never was properly scheduled. The tech who came out was great and did his job in a timely manner and answered all my questions.
