  I lost a thermostat due to a power surge. I called Hobaica and they scheduled Jairo and Daniel the next day. Jairo was the lead and very professional, patient and knowledgeable. Daniel worked along side him as they added a fuse and surge protector to avoid any future losses due to power surges.

  Eric and Anthony showed a few minutes early to prep themselves outside so they were ready to start right on time for my appointment. Great communication skills and quickly established their professionalism and competency. I knew I was in good hands before they even went up on roof to start the project! The timeline they conveyed went exactly to plan with continued communication throughout. I highly recommend Hobaica and this team. I can rest assured my new unit was installed correctly and with care. Thank you Eric, Anthony, Steve and Hobaica.

  Diego and Cesar just left my house. They were here to install a water softener and electric outlet. These young men are exactly what Hobaica needs as representatives of their company. They were knowledgeable, efficient, polite and friendly. They both deserve a healthy raise!!!! The next time I call Hobaica, I will DEFINITELY request Diego and Cesar!!

  George did not only do the job he came to do. He also adjusted my grandson's bike chain that was sitting in the living room after he was done. He's been to my house before to take care of some duct work. Hobaica has always worked with me if I have to change an appointment. Anything I have needed Hobaica has been there for the repairs on the house. Ive been with them for about a year or more now. I will never go anywhere else. The guys that have come out have always been pleasant and always put on their shoe covers. Even though we have no carpets. Its so thoughtful of them. Thank you George and thank you Hobaica

  Jairo was very professional and polite. I noticed from the moment I opened the door that he put booties on to protect my floors. He provided answers to all my questions and also explained why when I asked. I had switched to Hobaica because the company I had been with for several years seemed to have a high turnover of employees and their service people quoted me extremely high prices to clean the A/C coils and also tried to upsell me on services at very high prices. I plan on using Hobaica in the future provided I receive the same level of service and professionalism that Jairo provided.
