Wow!!! George and Alex came out for a service call on my A/C which was not working.
They called on their way to my house, arrived on time, and very professional and knowledgeable about my unit's problems.
After a few minutes of working up in the attic it was determined that my thermostat was not working and needed to be replaced. I was offered a few options and in no time my thermostat was replaced and the unit was back up and running.
I could not be happier with the service I received, and the price I payed.

I have been a Hobaica customer for many years. Thus I had very high expectations for the purchase and installation of a 1.5 ton mini-split unit. I was not disappointed!! The technician, Gio was outstanding!! He arrived early, explained what he'd be doing, gave me an estimated time frame for the install and got right to work. Gio quietly and quickly went about his work and was finished, including clean up, before I knew it. He thoroughly explained and demonstrated how to use the unit's remote and the went through the accompanying paperwork. I already can tell that I'm going to be very pleased with the unit in the hard to cool/heat room where it was installed.
Now, you may think that Hobaica's prices are on the high side. But you are also paying for a company that is trustworthy, responsive, professional, and extremely competent at all levels. How many companies can you say that about with confidence? I would not consider doing HVAC, electrical, or plumbing services with any other company. Thank you Gio, Thank you, Hobaica.

Sergio, Jared, Anthony, Diego, and Austin were all really great. They came to my house and were transparent about every step of the process of the inspection and installation of a new unit. Sergio was also transparent with what to expect regarding the timeline of installation. Everyone was very kind and professional.
From the very start to the end, I cannot be more happy or satisfied with Hobaica. Adam, Brandon & Jesse who came out as scheduled to install my new HVAC system replacing my old system could not have been more wonderful, skilled, courteous, caring and efficient. They all worked extremely hard, clean and made sure to keep me updated along the way and answered my many, many questions. They all treated me and my home with the utmost respect. I have been a customer with Hobaica for about 25 plus years and they installed my last unit plus serviced it through the years extremely well. They always call to confirm appointments, arrive close to the appointment times (if delayed which is rare and when it does happen they always communicated with me so I’m aware what is happening), do the work quickly, well, cleanly, completely and always fully test the system to make sure the system works to my full satisfaction before they leave.
When Adam, the installer on this project, who was the last to leave, there was not a single piece of debris as he had cleaned up after himself: swept and picked up everything. I cannot be happier with Hobaica, the staff and with regards to this latest engagement, especially with Brandon, Jesse and Adam. It is 100% evident they each take full pride in their respective jobs and worked as a team seamlessly. To be honest, I cannot say enough fantastic things about them and Hobaica. They did not just install a new HVAC system but wholly gave me full peace of mind and a feeling of safety to be well-prepared for the seasons whether cold or hot. I know my HVAC system will be perfectly ready to handle our AZ summer heat in particular.
Adam is the tech who performed most of the technical work on this installation and he is SUPER AWESOME. Brandon is the Installation Manager who also is FANTASTIC helped Adam with the removal of the old unit and seating of the new system in conjunction the crane operator as my unit is on my roof top. Jesse is the FABULOUS Customer Service Representative who worked closely with me these past few months and I had requested he also be here so l can meet and thank him for his great care after me. Hobaica management gave him permission to be present for a portion of the installation for which I'm extremely grateful for. Melissa and Tim whom I typically first speak with when I call are so efficient, kind and nice: they set up my appointments and answer all general questions. If not able to, they transfer me to the right person who can help me. For regular service work, what I like is that they try their best to send out the same tech so we can then have an on-going professional relationship.
Words can never fully express how grateful, happy and satisfied I am with Hobaica. I highly and without any reservation recommend Hobaica to anyone needing any HVAC service, installation or snug the other home services they offer. I have norcyetvtrued any of their other devices but given my experience with their HVAC teams, I would not hesitate to call them for any other service needs I may have. THANK YOU, thank you, thank you. My gratitude and appreciation forever and I look forward to working with you Al for many, many more years.

The pipe under the kitchen sink was leaking, I'd received a Hobaica ad about a week ago in my mail, and I liked a few facts in the ad: they are available 24-7; it's a family business; they've been in business for over 50 years; and they service the major systems in the house that can be headaches for home owners to repair or replace when they don't operate as they should. Hobaica also has four ROCs.
I called the listed number, explained my problem, and was told that a plumber would be assigned to arrive between 12-4 p.m., but he would call me when he was on his way. Within 30 minutes or so, I got a call from the plumber who arrived shortly thereafter.
D. Ross, the plumber, was friendly, polite, and asked me what the problem is. I showed him and told him where I'd felt the moisture and said it looked like there was some corrosion. He thoroughly looked over the pipes, agreed there was corrosion requiring a part replacement. He got the part from the truck and replaced it. Then, he addressed another issue I had with a slow draining utility sink. He used two pieces of equipment, managed to get some clogs out, but it didn't fix the problem because a larger snake was required. However, a request was made for a follow- up appointment.
We discussed the Total Care Club which Hobaica has. I received a pamphlet explaining it, and it seemed like a positive way of dealing with issues that can present themselves for home owners. Needless to say, I signed up for the Club.
D. Ross while in my home becomes the face/representative of Hobaica. Based on my interaction with him, he is an asset to the company . He's well mannered and respectful. He answered questions clearly, he was efficient in getting the job done, and let the office know that the utility sink still needed attention. I'm pleased with the treatment I received from the office and the plumber D. Ross.
