  Jarrod & his team were incredible. Had a leak from my roof into my house & they had it fixed in no time. The previous home owners got the roof fixed poorly which affected me. Grateful that Jarrod & the team fixed it properly this time. Will defiantly be earning all my future business!

  We had such a great experience with Hays! The quoting process was actually informative and the pricing very reasonable. The work was done quickly with no issues and they made sure to protect our property/pool while working. Roof looks great and I feel like it was done in a quality manner. No cut corners. Highly recommend!

  It has been a long while since I work with a contractor/company that actually does put the customer first. Not only is the work completed EXCELLENT, but the customer service and professionalism are outstanding. Jarrod was kind and patient and listened. He worked with us and was true to every word he stated. I highly recommend Hays Roofing to anyone and everyone.

  I hate leaving negative review because it can make or break businesses nowadays. but this company deserve a 1 star review. they installed our roof, a year or so later it started to leak. They came out first time, they just caulked the area, next rainstorm it leaked again. They came out 2nd time, we requested them to fix it properly by doing a leak test, but they ended up caulking again the 2nd time. This latest rainstorm, our ceiling is damaged , our hardwood floor is damaged. Called them and left messages but they never return our phone calls. Please look elsewhere for your roof needs. they do terrible job and will not stand behind their warranty. I wish people that are in the customer service understand that it is so important to take care of your existing customers. and always stand behind your work. Now i had to pay some other company to fix their work. Update 4/21. Owner called and refunded us the money we paid to the other company that fixed the leaky roof. Sounded the person in charge is the son and he is taking over the business. we can tell that he is trying to take care of his customers better than the previous management.
