  Andrew Gonzales is amazing at his job. You can see that this is more that a job to him it's a lifestyle that he is passionate about and he is willing to help his clients to the full extent. He breaks everything down so someone is able to understand what he is saying and he even shows photos so you can actually see what is going on with your ac system. He does not want to sell you anything that is not at 5hat present time an absolute necessity at the moment. Like I said he is very old school when it comes to his job.... It's all about the customer and his relationship he is able to develop. I am definitely going to request him for all future services and repairs if needed. A+++++++++++++ from us here at this house!!!!! Thank you Andrew 😊!!!

  Deano Valdez came out to my home today and performed a Rejuvenation Inspection on my HVAC system. Deano did a great job and was very professional! He thoroughly explained how my system was currently running and recommended some good things for the future of my system to keep it running great! I felt he went above and beyond to make sure all identified issues had been addressed and or repaired before he left my home!! Thank you Deano for a great job! Customer service like this is why I stay with Goettl!!

  I called a few plumbers to have my tankless hot water heater descaled and 50 gallon tank flushed and drained. Scheduling with Goettl was easy. Kristian called 30 minutes ahead and arrived at the beginning of the promised window. He was friendly and knowledgeable and preformed the service efficiently and professionally. We also walked around the house to check sinks and drains, and he helped clear a clog. All for a very good price. I will think of Goettl again when I have another plumbing need or for next year’s service. Thanks for the great work, Kristian!

  Not a good experience with Goettl. If the problem isn’t readily identifiable their go to is “slab leak”. Which services did I get, holes cut in my wall. How would you describe the price you paid? Overpriced. When the tech got to my house he told me he would need to cut some holes so he could check the pipes (perfectly understandable, pipes are IN the wall) and told me it would be $255. After putting 3 holes in my wall, calling what I would hope is a supervisor and a 🤷🏼‍♂️ diagnosis the tech told me since he couldn't find the leak I would have to pay a different tech $550 to come out and locate the leak. Bud, that is exactly what you were called out here to do. I paid his fee and sent him on his way. Folks, DO NOT call Goettl. Find a good LOCAL plumber to get your work done, which is exactly what I am going to do.

  This was the first time we have used Goettl Services and Frank KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Give us 3 different options to go with in the repairs that needed to be done along with pricing for each option. Was very thorough when servicing our system. If all of there service techs are as efficient as Frank was this definitely a company that you would want to use… Another thing that I definitely liked was that they provide a tracking tool you can follow where and when the tech will show up at your home.. WIN WIN….
