  Goettl air and plumbing are totally different company they are total professionals , Mark sent Christian Molina to perform a total inspection of my air conditioning system . And found that my air ducts were leaking , and outdated for my high efficiency AC unit. And recommend to upgrade the air drop and the air duct system. The next day one of there crews came in to start removing all of the out dated drop and air ducts. And the next morning they came back and installed all air ducts and a larger air drop and completed all necessary work . I would recommend Goettl air and plumbing to everyone who needs and wants there AC & Heater system to work like it was intended to work… A BIG THUMBS UP!!!!!👍

  Deano was very professional and showed us pictures and explained how the dirt collected on our coils and wheel (motor) would negatively affect our heating system. We had him clean them but it was very expensive $922.00. We; however, did not have him clean our ducts because it was over $1000.00 extra!

  Read the response, it’s not good! They try and justify a non transparent price model as a benefit, I think it is predatory. Just Be very careful with this company. I got a bid and it was $5500 over other companies, same unit. I asked for a quote with itemized cost and they refused to provide, saying “we are a one price company.” They are out there in Arizona trying to get people to agree to outrageous non transparent pricing. I would always ask for an itemized quote and 100% get other quotes. Other people have had similar experiences, watch out.

  I signed up for an annual membership after calling for a routine winter heater service. During the visit, the technicians discovered a failing motor and worked late into the night to get it running. Unfortunately, the unit failed again two days later. Upon returning the following week, they identified the root cause: the previous homeowners had improperly installed the 5-ton unit with only a single 20x20 return, which ultimately burnt out the motor. They successfully coordinated a warranty replacement with the manufacturer and installed the new part about a week later. While the technical work was thorough, their communication and response times need improvement. I often had to call for updates, as I didn't hear from them until they were already en route. The pricing was fair, though not necessarily a bargain. The system is working now, but I will likely need them to return to install the additional returns necessary to prevent future failures.

  I purchased a Goettl air conditioning system in 2017 after my previous system lasted about 15 years. I also enrolled in their maintenance program and had the system serviced once to twice a year as recommended. About a year ago, after I moved, I scheduled a maintenance appointment. Goettl canceled the appointment after the scheduled time, which was extremely frustrating. They rescheduled for the following weekend, but because I had already traveled back out of town, I had to cancel. After that experience, I canceled the maintenance program altogether. Now that I am selling my house, an inspection revealed nearly $1,500 in repairs—items that should have either been caught during routine maintenance or prevented entirely if the service had occurred as scheduled. I paid for a maintenance program specifically to avoid situations like this. The lack of follow-through and last-minute cancellation ultimately cost me significant money at a critical time. Based on my experience, Goettl’s maintenance reliability and accountability fell far short of expectations.
