  Goettl came through for me again on short notice. They are the best. My thermostat was not set right on my heater, and I was cold for a couple of nights. I called them, and they came same day, worked around my schedule, and got the job done. They sent Ronald Dumas out, my tech. He was very nice, and knowledgeable. He did everything I asked, and was done in about 15 minutes, and on to his next call. Goettl has been very good to me. Thank you guys.

  Well, they came out twice and in both cases, I got screwed. They showed me picture of the work that they did, but it was someone else’s pictures. They said they cleaned out the drip pan. Does this look clean. They said they replaced PVC piping. Does this look replaced? And on the way out, they messed with my hot water heater, so the next day, I didn’t have any hot water. Then, out of no where the scheduler called me to set up a hot water heater appointment. How did she know I was having problems. But I caught on to them and I fixed it myself. The technique turned the heater off. So off, that he turned the dial. So, before you buy a new water heater from them, check to see if the dial was turned off!

  Christian came out and inspected my heating and cooling. He was so nice, professional, and very considerate. He explained everything without rushing through or being condescending. He was absolutely perfect! I recently started on their Smart Sadie Membership maintenance plan and I actually received the most adorable stuffed animal Sadie dog and a flashlight! This company is so welcoming and good to their customers. I will continue to use Goettl for all my AC and plumbing needs going forward and recommend to anyone who will listen. Thank you for putting customer service first!

  *Edited to add that AC Tech, Jarrett, also came out to take a look at our AC unit and assess any work that needs to be done. He was efficient, professional, and even gave my daughters a Sadie puppy dog and flashlights! He set us up with the Smart Home monitoring system to help us stay on top of maintenance! Adam was very professional and provided details about the issues we had with our water softener and RO system. Although we ended up needing to replace both units due to previous owner’s lack of maintenance, we feel assured that Goettl will continue to take good care of us with the maintenance schedule they have down pact. As first time homeowners, the burden of large repairs feels slightly less daunting knowing we’re in capable hands.

  ​We were initially very excited to receive services from your establishment, especially after being offered what we believed was a great deal. ​We started with an initial loan for a service. When we decided to purchase a unit instead, we were explicitly told that our payments would be consolidated into the new loan for the unit. We were assured that the remaining balance from the first loan would be eliminated and our only financial obligation would be the new unit. We overheard the technician, the manager, and the finance group all confirm this arrangement. ​Unfortunately, we have now discovered that we were lied to. It turns out that we are being charged for both loans. ​Furthermore, the interest rates are significantly higher than what was promised. We were told they would be lowered, but they were actually raised. We would never have agreed to this if we had known the true terms, as we cannot afford both payments. ​Instead of addressing this critical discrepancy, the manager was dismissive, stating only that we "got a good deal" and "have to pay." ​This is not the agreement we consented to. It is unacceptable and deeply disappointing that the manager refuses to help us, especially when we are in this situation because of false assurances made by your team.
