Me & my wife decided to have a new unit installed mostly because of the 10 year no hassle warranty 2 days after the installation a faulty sensor in the new Trane package unit shut down the ac (not there fault) it took 3 days to get the new part George Brazil put us up in a hotel it was like a mini staycation 😜😁 anyway all good for 2 months then I turned on the heat …….and no heat?! I called them up they had a guy out so fast I was very impressed within 10 minutes he had it up and heating no charge I guess what I’m trying to say is they honor there warranty no hassle no delay no bull———— the people on the phone the technicians all were very pleasant while honoring there warranty …….. thank you George Brazil I’m very impressed with how your team takes care of there customer I would recommend George Brazil to anyone thinking of having a new ac / heater installed or service they are a awesome company!!

George Brazil completely ripped off my elderly Aunt. They charged her $17,500 to install a 3 ton unit on ground level for a measily 800 Square foot park model. They took advantage of an Veterans widow and will not provide the support or itemized bill for what they charged her. They should be ashamed of their behavior. Do not use them and do not let them service your stuff, especially for your elderly relatives. We've been trying to get answers from them on these charges since July of 2025 and have only been met with excuses and gas lighting.

My AC unit was making an atrocious sound. Contacted dispatch and they were able to get me set up for the following evening. Received a call early in the day that they were able to get a technician out earlier than anticipated!
Taber was awesome!
A part had to be ordered, and thankfully temperatures are cool enough to get by without the unit running, but comforted to find out the part is available and will be replaced right away!

I would recommend George Brazil to someone I truly hated and wanted to torture. Buyer beware. When my AC went out on 10/5/25, I had no idea that 2 scheduled visits would turn into 11 and stretch a full month. For starters, they will tell you can keep your nest thermostat (that was a lie). The installing technician's spilled water in the attic through my daughters ceiling and even tried to tell me it was already there at 1st before owning up to it. They also cut a whole in my laundry room to fit in the new equipment without discussing with me ahead of time. They did the wiring incorrectly on the fan mode which took 4 separate visits to correct, each time needing me to rearrange my life so they could come out. I had an appointment to do the drywall for the cut hole in the laundry room and the water damage and they sent 1 guy who could only manage to do the water damage in 1 day (another day lost for me), the 2nd appointment he never showed up, the 3rd he showed up to say it was his last day and he had no tools to do the job. That's when I finally reached out to the President of George Brazil, since we had insulation literally falling into our home from the hastily taped gap in our laundry room, while we breath in toxic dust air for a month. I asked for compensation since I spent $29,000 with this company. He hands it off to someone else to apologize and have another company come out a full week later to finish that job. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! It was an incredibly intrusive month of having to rearrange our lives to accommodate their mistakes and we had to beg for an apology....and nothing else.

(All comments are based on my personal opinion and assessment of the work performed and the company overall).
Horrible installation, horrible service, and most notable: a horrible lazy management team that has been mostly unresponsive through this disastrous process. Original unit was installed back in April 2024. Nothing but issues they could never resolve. The primary issue - GB service and their horrible management team. Finally they installed a brand new unit in October 2025. This was supposedly done by their “A” team. And after all the issues you would think they would want to get this right! Their “A” team left the following; 1) didn’t bother sealing the armaflex (suction line foam seal) properly in the attic - they used zip ties (a major hack) rather than properly sealing. Codes require proper sealing to avoid condensation leaks in the attic. Had a wet attic shortly after they left and my leak sensor went off! Ask any AC tech if zip ties are a proper install method for armaflex (perform a simple search via any search engine!). 2) they also incorrectly sealed the armaflex outside - looks shoddy and a complete hack job. They used electrical tape instead of zip ties - also improper and not weather proof or UV rated. They also repaired the broken thermostat wire with electrical tape - again not weather proof or UV rated. A hack! See the photo - this is an “A” team installation?? A short circuit waiting to happen!! And 3) Already have them scheduled to come back out due to poor cooling. Airflow is horrible - likely another damper issue (which is ongoing). Vents that used to produce great airflow now barely a whisper! Days are fairly cool (under 90 degrees) and the unit can barely keep up! You would think they would have tested this!
And the biggest issue - the GB mgmt team didn’t even bother to reach into and ask how things went - after all the issues we have endured! Zero follow up! I have never seen a more lazy and unresponsive management team from any company! Communication is non-existent and they don’t seem to care one way or the other. The higher level tech they assigned to oversee the install showed up in the morning but never came back to assess the final install! So much for oversight.
Now watch as GB responds to this review with a “form response”. But they won’t make an effort to contact us or do anything meaningful. When we call GB and ask to speak to a manager they effectively ignore us and never connect us with anyone - not even a return call! An absolutely horrible company we will never again use or recommend. Sadly their response to this review will seem sincere - but as with our prior review we won’t even get the courtesy of a phone call to discuss! Read rhetorical reviews - especially on yelp. Installation and repairs are expensive - make an informed decision!
