  I made an appointment for heating service check. The tech came, noted that he was here for a service check and asked if I had any questions or concerns before he started. I said no and he continued on his service call. My service tech, Jesus, reported back to me that there were a few things that he fixed and said that a part needed to be replaced. I told him to go ahead and replace the part. The service tech was friendly and helpful in explaining why the part was needed. There was an item after his service check that he had to order but he would call me when the item was available. All in all this service check was quick and within the time frame of the appointment.

  My 90 year old mother bought two AC units for about $17,000 dollars. Complete cluster trying to get units repaired since install over a year ago. Well over 10 return visits to fix noise rattles vibrations and dead units. They refuse to replace new unit, they only fix. Today is fourth time they cancelled appointment to do their required 6 month inspections to keep warranty active. Put on hold to supervisor and they hung up. Please use another provider like see per fi or goettle. This is not the George Brazil experience I had when I bought an air unit from them 15 years ago, and why I recommended them to my mom, big mistake. Their management team clearly do not care about customers.

  We have been getting our AC serviced by George Brazil since the initial install. John C. has been our technician for the past few years and we are impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. We really appreciate his hard work and dedication that he has shown us over the years.

  I was looking for services I guess for a box to be replaced up in our attic. It cost $600 around there and I think that’s too much if they’re just replacing the box I prepaid ahead of time had to juggle around to try to get scheduling to work out to where an individual could come out and replace that was taken care of finally however I’m getting calls that I still owe money and I haven’t paid. The gentleman on Saturday this past Saturday on the third told me the same thing and then he had to call the office to verify . It is now Monday. I got another call from George Brazil stating I own money, even though it was shown that I already paid and I was assured that I owe nothing more. It’s been a nightmare.

  John with George Brazil provided outstanding services from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and what my options were without any pressure. His workmanship was excellent, and everything was done efficiently and cleanly. I highly recommend this company, and will definitely call them again.
