    I would give this company 0 stars. I purchased a house and transferred a warranty for parts and labor in the first 90 days of ownership. When I called this company for a repair, the technician first told me they can't find the record of even installing the unit (only 4 years ago) (later he magically found a record claiming it was in an older system) then he proceeded to tell me that my issue is wiring so my warranty won't cover it (implying that someone else must have done "maintenance" on it and rewire it (who would do that when there was a warranty?). I was also forced to pay their diagnostic fee right on the spot instead of getting an invoice (when over the phone after I mentioned transferring the parts and labor warranty the woman in customer service told me the diagnostic fee would be waived). This is very poor customer service! I will not be doing business with this company and will make sure all my contacts are aware to stay away as well.

    George Brazil went above and beyond providing excellence from beginning to end. Michael Silver is awesome! He showed great professionalism by listening to us and he knew exactly what we wanted. We never second guessed our decision. The technicians and their co-workers did an outstanding job. Thank you Taurin, Edwin, and Calvin. I'm sorry I did not get the other co-worker names. Thanks for going above and beyond!

    Work to replace the Motor for the main cooling fan and a Capacitor was satisfactory but the Repair person took a picture of a Length of wires that would need some attention sooner or later, but only offered to do a easy repair for $ 300.00 . This whole repair incident caught us in the Hottest days March 3&4 and with no cooling and we are Seniors, we feel your Company took advantage of our Situation and Gouged us Double the Amount what the Repair really would have cost. Please review the entire Invoice and how you would feel if this was you.

    John was the best tech I could have ever asked for. He was polite, courteous and went the extra mile to ensure my ac units were in perfect working order. He texted videos showing the work he was doing and made recommendations to have a hard start kit installed because the high amps on my units startup. The deal your company had for $60 a unit for a tube up was shockingly low! Lastly, John smelled a gas like odor by my meter and informed me. I called southwest gas who came out promptly and did in fact identify a small regulator leak at my meter. Thank you for everything today I’ll be using your company for all HVAC services moving forward!

    Thought I’d been getting decent service over the past 5 years. Turns out they advised the wrong filters and took until today for someone to correct. Due to these cheap filters for better air flow, my $20K+ system needs at least $5K in work to get it back to running great. See photos of dirt inside my unit motors. Found out that George Brazil just had to let go of ~200 service techs for them either not doing what they were supposed to or they were lying to their customers. Huge let down to pay extra to go with a “reputable” company. Will be exploring other A/C companies moving forward. Was charged $900 for a part/install for which I found the exact same brand/packaging on Amazon next day delivery for $42.50. When I asked about it, they told me you are paying for the expertise. I looked up the install and they say you must have these items attached straight up and down, see in the 3rd photo that they are crooked. This is insane and caused complete lack in trust. Do not go to George Brazil, find a smaller company that actually cares.
