My call was returned within an hour by Nikki who answered my questions and listened very carefully to me. We set up a time for Justin to come out about a week later for the onsite estimate. That was ok as I was certainly not in a hurry. I was happy that they seemed interested in my business. Justin was on time just after twelve noon after an "I'm on my way" call. After explaining exactly what he would do he wrote up a bid on the spot. It was fair so we set up the install date. It was for about two weeks later. No money down, he collects when I am happy. Most notable was the contact before the day of installation the following Monday at 6:45. Justin, is brother Dustin, and a cousin - Dave? pulled up to my house exactly at 6:45!! Who shows up on time anymore? These guys did. I was impressed! They moved about the roof to carefully to remove the old gutters (They replaced all of them). They set up this very professional looking machine in the street to shape one of the thirty plus feet sections of gutter. When they finished, I was completely satisfied. The color matched perfectly too. It rained fairly hard a week later. The wider gutters, with an additional downspout worked perfectly. They have my highest recommendation!
