I have Bryant and Josiah (intern) here replacing the gate water valve shut off. Apparently, my valve was very old and the threads were stripped so my gate water valve was half open, which resulted in very low water pressure. I was given a very honest, reasonable and affordable quote of $360 to fix repair and replace the gate water valve. Another company had given me a deceptive and unrealistic quote of $790. I’m extremely satisfied with your two professional polite, well mannered hard-working gentleman who were at my house within 20 or 25 minutes after making my service call and talking to the supervisor, Dave. Bryant was extremely articulate and honest with me as to the job he was to perform and how much time and detail was involved,… like cutting the pipes, soldering on new pipes, and attaching the new water valve. Josiah is a polite new intern observing and eager to learn his industry. I like to ask a lot of questions as a female senior homeowner because I like to learn about what the job being executed entails,. And how to maybe prevent the problem from happening again or maybe I could even try to give it my best shot at the repair the next time. This is something I would've NEVER been able to do by myself. Lol... so I appreciate it very much when your Deer Valley Plumbing representatives were eager to answer my questions. I also want to thank you for extending a senior discount of 5% to me. Every little bit helps.. as I just had to come up with buying a new refrigerator, sink, faucet, garbage disposal.. and then last night just innocently trying to toast some bread under the broiler my whole entire oven blew out.. so now I have to buy a whole new convection oven. Our technicians are dispatched immediately and plumbing services are provided on a first come first serve basis. Many times we can arrive within the hour. When a call is booked, we will provide a time window for arrival. Once booked you will receive a text message confirming arrival time and who your technician is (with their photo). When our technician is en-route to your location, you will receive another text message letting you know they are on their way and what time they will arrive.
