- AJAlvin JelsemaJan 29, 20241.0Not pleased at all. Mr Robinson came to check out water leak by the Buckeye water meter. With out checking the valve next to the leak and between the meter where the leak was pouring out he just covered up leak with dirt. Then with no detection equipment advised the leak was somewhere with in the 25 ft of pipe laid between water meter and our home. Then gave us a quote for $6500. The next morning our construction mgr called to advise our home was still under warranty as only 14 months old. They sent Brewer plumbing and the leak was coming from the valve as wasn't seeded correctly. He took valve off fixed the seeding and leak was fixed. He guaranteed leak wasn't in the piping between meter and home, as Mr Robinson indicated. Your company billed us a 3% restocking charge for the new piping and probably a new valve. We are very discouraged with your companies technician, guessing in the problem. At this we'd not recommend your company.

It was completed on time, they were very careful on the installation to minimize any impacts to the landscape, they installed a new leach field system while finding the right spot for it, filled the area, and contoured the area to provide proper drainage during the rainy season. Overall, a job well done! Thank you and we will use you again.

They were at the house w/in 2 hours and got everything installed quickly w/o any leaks afterwards. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and we will use them again!
