- JJJamesNov 4, 20251.0I am a concerned neighbor of this community. Watching these houses get built I am very disappointed with Beazer Homes lack of quality. These appear very cheap and are probably going to have lots of problems. What the sales people will not inform any potential buyers is about the airport at 27th Ave, the gun range and police academy at 15th Ave, just how many times the police have been called to the area for all sorts of violence and drug violations. DO NOT BUY A HOUSE HERE. It's just too expensive for what you get, the community will take several years to complete despite what the salesperson is telling buyers. (They will say whatever you want to hear to make a sale). Mnay problems that beazer does not care about and will not fix . They advertise that solar is included but all that is powered from the solar is the hot water.
