Kim the scheduler was very helpful and the installers were great in communicating their eta, taking pictures of all work, and emailing everything to me with the final invoice. Job was done as committed without issues and included a 10year warranty.
- MHMegan HughesFeb 26, 20265.0I recently had a problem with my water softener that was causing water to back up in my kitchen. I came home to my sink overflowed and my entire kitchen flooded. It was awful. I called American Home Water and Air and they were able to send someone out to me within about an hour and they also helped me over the phone by telling me how to shut the water softener off to stop the backup of water. My service technician, Higi Contreras, was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help explain why certain things were happening and made a few suggestions as for what next steps I should take. He was very friendly and kind and I really appreciated that, especially since I was shaken up after coming home to such a mess. I definitely highly recommend American Home Water and Air and will be continuing to use their services because I trust them.
