  Outstanding experience from start to finish. When I first called, the customer service representative was professional, friendly, and able to get me scheduled quickly. What really stood out was the excellent communication. I received helpful follow-ups through text and email, along with a welcome message that included a photo of my assigned technician. That level of transparency and organization immediately gave me confidence in the company. My technician, David, was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained the solution and pricing, and answered all of my questions. Even better, he had all the necessary tools and parts on his truck, so he was able to complete the repair right away without needing to schedule another visit. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and professional. It’s clear this company takes pride in both their customer service and their work. I highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door service. Thank you for doing things the right way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  The tech, Angel, was great. But I only needed a reset of the WiFi since I just upgraded my home router. The door opener and the app were not connecting and I am not technically savvy enough to fix it myself. He inspected the door and sprayed silicone on the wheels and weighed the door which I did not ask for. It took him 10 minutes to get the connection working properly and was on site for less than a half hour. They charged me $175.00 after waiving the $59.99 trip charge. I called to ask why I had to pay that amount for something that was solved in minutes with no tools or tedious labor, just some programming and was informed that the technician did some extra things. No effort whatsoever to help with this exorbitant charge. I will not recommend A1 garage door service to anyone. I got burned.

  Thankful for Chris Martinez and his explanations of what was wrong with my "Builder Grade Install" which was less than stellar. When things are installed wrong, it's the homeowner that always suffers. Please new homeowners, check how your garage door opener is installed and ensure that it is safely and securely checked on regularly. The service that Chris provided was excellent and explained everything simply so I understood what was a safety issue and what was something I could budget for. They will try to offer a monthly /yearly subscription which isn't a bad offering but I declined that service today. I had sensor misalignment, additional vertical supports needed and adjustments to my rollers as well as reprogramming of my stationary vehicle remotes. My Q app attempted but my service blows so it is hard to reconnect. Not his fault at all. Great job, on time, excellent explanations. Total for me was $365. Probably wouldn't be that much if I had them come out every year. Thanks Chris and A1 for at least helping me get back to safe and functional!

  The service and repair of our Garage Door was very good. We had a broken spring and the Door would not open and both cars were in the Garage at the same time so we were at a stand still until we could get it repaired. Initially we were told that we would have to pay extra for a repairman to come the evening we called, so we went with a morning repair the following day. This was about 1:30pm. Later we we were contacted by the company and told they could come in the evening at no extra charge. We were very happy they could come earlier. The repairman (Thomas) came about 6pm and started the repairs. After he removed the parts he showed me that it had a lot of wear and suggested we replace almost the entire door system pullies brackets etc with premium parts, I agreed to it and we purchased the Max Life Torsion springs - Lifetime Warranty. The complete replacement of all the parts was done in a very timely manor with quality work. The only reason I rate the job with 4 stars is after the work was done and we purchased all the Premium parts including the Springs, I was told that at one year the springs would need to be adjusted since they will loosen up from about 5lb door weight to 20lb door weight, and that would cost another $179.00 approximately. It seems to me that if the springs need to be adjusted after 1 year the cost of the 1yr adjustment should be included int the total price. The total cost of the door repair was $3,391.32. Which is a lot of money to me. But the serve was really good and Thomas was very nice.

  We just recently experienced an issue with our garage door. It's over 20years old and needed to be looked at by a professional. The tension cables came loose and our door didn't want to close. We researched some garage door companies that serviced our area and A1 Garage Door Service caught our eye. It showed good reviews so we decided to give you a try. We found the online scheduling was set up well and easy to use. Because of our tight schedule, we set an appointment up for a Sunday morning. Sunday morning came, and before our set appointment time we received a text saying a technician by the name of Antonio S was in route and will be showing up shortly. Antonio showed up on time and ready to go work. He was pleasant to work with and listened to our concerns. After looking at the garage door and hardware over, he brought us a few options to choose from to get the door fixed. One of the best options he shared with us was the financing. With the 12 month no interest option, it made our decision a better one. Instead of just fixing one issue, we opted to upgrade all the hardware so we wouldn't come cross other issues later. Antonio worked hard and quickly to get the job done. The door is now working perfectly and even quieter when it's in motion. You should be proud to have Antonio as a technician.
