  Had set an appointment for a “tune-up” and a new bottom door seal. I set the appointment two weeks in advance. Selected the window Of arrival between 8-10am. I took a half day of PTO to stay home for the appointment. I received several text message reminders of the appointment, including the day before - reminding me of my appointment and time. It specifically said “your technician will arrive between 8am - 10am.” Nobody came. Around noon, I got a text message from a tech that said he was on his way to my appointment - two hours late. I hear their ads in the radio all the time. Which is why I called them. It’s an awful lot of money to spend on a marketing campaign just to miss the appointment by two+ hours. If they’re this unreliable to simply show up on time and care about their customers schedule, I’d worry about the quality of their work.

  Great company to deal with Cody was very friendly, great customer service and did great work. He explained everything that was wrong with my garage door and went over all the things that needed to be replaced, etc. Even gave me different options to choose from with prices starting with what for sure needed to be replaced today up to everything being replaced. We choose to have everything replaced as all was old and Cody did an excellent job getting it all done. We did not price around just decided to go with this company as they had great reviews so I'm not sure if prices are great but service is wonderful amd worth it. For sure recommend using this company if you have any garage door issues.

  My 20 yr old garage door and all parts that go with it decided it had enough, it got ugly quick. I scheduled an appt online with A1 on a Friday night very late for Monday morning. They arrived promptly at 8:00am and Daniel was my Service guy. He was awesome from the get go, was able to get our vehicle out and began the process of planning for a total rebuild. He was so professional, chill and extremely knowledgeable with the process and door options. He didn’t push once, he made great suggestions and encouraged us to take our time with all decisions. He walked us through the ordering process and answered every question we had. I won’t go anywhere else, Daniel will be my guy if he’s available and I look forward to the install tomorrow.

  I learned of them from a flyer that was mailed to me. This was my first experience with A1 Garage and was very impressed. I was able to set an appointment for the next day. They sent an email confirming the appointment and another on the following day saying the Tech was in route. The Tech even called prior to arrival. The Tech was Leland Henry and he was amazing. He thoroughly explained all work that needed to be performed and the various options to upgrade my 20 yr old door and opener. He was very conscientious, professional, possessed great interpersonal skills, excellent work ethic and attention to detail. Customer satisfaction seemed to be his goal. I called him with a follow up question and he returned my call in a timely manner which is rare in today's world. His title should be changed to Sr. Technician rather than Jr. Technician as it appears on his Business Card.

  Cody Llewellyn was friendly, professional, and explained everything. Great sales customer service. Installation scheduling is a whole other matter. I scheduled my appointment from 8-1pm and no one called me to tell me that the technician is running an hour or more late and I was the last appointment. It would’ve been nice if they called me up the night before to tell me where my place was in the schedule so I didn’t sit around all morning waiting. And not telling me that the technician was running late is unacceptable. I had to call to find out. Took 15 minutes to get through and another 15 minutes on hold to get to installation and then they had to call the technician to see what’s going on. I had to reschedule for the next day as first appointment. Just really disappointed in the whole installation Customer Service side …very poor communication.
