They charged my mom almost $300 just to look at the problem and do a “diagnostic,” but didn’t explain anything or offer real help. We did not even receive a report listing out the issues. We later found out from another company that we were completely overcharged. If you are unfamiliar with Garage doors and their issues I would highly recommend to not call A1.
