My only complaint is that he was really trying hard to up sell me a $2000 PMAC Electronic Air Cleaner. The sales pitch lasted what seemed like an hour. Makes me believe these techs work on sales commission. I will probably call another company next time.

We do not provide appointments or non-emergency services on Sundays. We do provide emergency service 24/7 (including the Saturdays and Sundays).

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm. Our phones are online 24 hours a day. If you call after business hours, you will be connected with a live representative who will book your call, or we will collect your number and a member of our team will give you a call back within minutes.

Yes we provide same day service. We do schedule appointments and work on a first come, first serve basis. We recommend calling and scheduling your appointment as soon as possible to secure your space. If we cannot provide same day service, we will provide times available to best suit your needs.

We provide free estimates to all of our Smart Bucks Members. For all non-members we charge a $79 estimate fee, which is discounted when the estimate is converted into a booked service. If you decide to join our Smart Bucks membership program, the estimate fee is waived immediately.
How fast can you get here?
Our technicians are dispatched immediately and plumbing services are provided on a first come first serve basis. Many times we can arrive within the hour. When a call is booked, we will provide a time window for arrival. Once booked you will receive a text message confirming arrival time and who your technician is (with their photo). When our technician is en-route to your location, you will receive another text message letting you know they are on their way and what time they will arrive.
