Arizona Floors & More was established in 2004 by Robert Borgerson in an effort to provide residents throughout Phoenix and the surrounding areas with a reliable bathroom, kitchen, and living room remodeling company dedicated to superior customer service and quality products. While anyone can put in a floor or complete a remodel, it takes a special company that truly takes the time to tailor the project to your personal style and individual needs to make the remodel stand out. - TVToni Van VoorhisMar 24, 20261.0Never, ever work with Andy Faile at the Indian School location. The service he provided was horrendous. He did not send to us or our project manager our kitchen cabinetry layout or pricing (other than a non-itemized total). He did not return phone calls or answer texts. When our cabinets arrived, several were the wrong size and missing components. The entire experience dealing with Andy was a disaster.
- RLRich LevanderMar 17, 20263.0Everyone was very nice. Unfortunately, it took some time to get the flooring to our house. We had a portion of our downstairs floor ripped up due to water damage. The installers did a great job on the floor, but a terrible job on the floorboards and caulking and painting. Kustom, Who over saw the project, had to spend two days repairing the floorboards. It’s been about three months and we never received extra flooring for the downstairs. We were told that they order an extra box for incidentals that may occur. I even relayed the message through Kustom to tell Arizona flooring I would purchase the extra box myself. I just needed the info on the flooring. I never received a phone call.

I had my entire house re-tiled, all new baseboards installed, as well as have an electrical outlet installed in the floor in the middle of my 30-foot-long Livingroom. Brian took care of everything. Coordinated all contractors & personally supervised the construction. Brian kept me up to date on the progress by text & photos. I am extremely satisfied with the finished product. Everything looks AMAZING. I would highly recommend Arizona Floors & More.
