  Chase the plumber and Eric his apprentice were great. They came in and did my water heater flush quick and easy. They also gave me some good tips and tricks to maintain my system long-term.

  I accidentally hit a hose bibb in my front yard. Plumbing Masters was in the area and I flagged them down Rafa came over and turned off the water and gave me Cody's phone number. Cody got here fast and fixed the problem right away. I will call Plumbing Masters for my plumbing issues moving forward!

  I made an online inquiry and they called and had availability the very next day. They came early, after calling to make sure it was ok, and were polite, fast and super helpful. I got to work with several of them including Lester, Louis, and Daniel. They were able to get all the work requested and suggested other things I didn’t know were issues that ended up saving me money.

  Very professional company! Customer service line when I called was friendly and extremely kind. Cody Y came to my home and was very professional, went through every step of the way of what was going on with my water heater and replaced it the first time around. (Fast install and affordable, even told me what was under warranty in case any issues arised.) Had another issue with the gas valve but Cody came right back again to save the day!! Even came back the following day to ensure gas was working after install and my water was heated before leaving. I have nothing but positive things to say not only about this company but to their employees as well. I strongly recommend them!

  I'm sorry for the late review, but I couldn't wait any longer to sing the praises of Rich Todd Eggert and Plumbing Masters. Mr. Eggert was prompt, friendly and efficient. Plumbing Masters actually picked up the ball and ran with it after a failed plumbing attempt to by a different company. Mr. Eggert ran into a snag as there was an electrical issue preventing him from completing the project. I was given the opportunity to call someone or he could refer me to someone they have worked with in the past. We went latter, and thatnexperience was exceptional as well. Upon the electrical work was completed, Mr. Eggert completed the project and then hung around to ensure there were no visible hiccups. I would recommend Mr. Eggert and Plumbing Masters to ANYONE. The response time alone was phenomenal, and the work done was superb. Oh I failed to mention how clean they left the workplace. Thank you for a job well done.
