  We have been using Jake at Broke My Door for a few years now and have been so pleased with his workmanship, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. He is so thorough and always takes the time to explain the repairs needed. He has also recently installed window kits in many of our classroom, office, and exterior doors and did a great job!   We called Jake after our office was broken into and he had given us a time that he would be able to come to our office to evaluate the damage of our break in of our front door in our Dental office. First off, Jake was there when he said he would be there which is a huge plus for us, second he was very knowledgeable and a expert in making a recommendation on how to fix our door and its jam to further prevent from any other break ins. Jake provided us with a extremely reasonable estimate for completing this job and sent it over via email. Once we accepted his estimate he was scheduled for the work in which he was prompt again showing up. The finished job/results provided by Jake were amazing, he cleaned up any messes he made in our office. We plan to have Jake reinforce our back door as well. Thanks Jake, we will be spreading the word for you!!!
