  I would definitely recommend Air-Zona. Office Team was great and communicated clearly. Angel was the tech that came out to my house. He was polite and professional. Explained what he was doing when he got there and kept me informed after his assessment and also upon completion. Great, Great company.

  Bill was really great! He offered to change my filters which was a nice surprise. I also have a young dog, Bill was very patient with allowing me to reinforce her training. Air-zona also installed my unit a few years ago, and I highly recommend them.

  Had Miles come out for yearly check up and he was able to identify a couple minor issues and correct them before they became a bigger problem. Very knowledgeable and courteous, would highly recommend AzAir

  We have been customers of Air-zona AC for more than 14 years. Their service and service techs are exceptional in what they do. Knowledgeable, polite and always on time. Several years ago one of our units stopped functioning on July 4th. The temps were triple digits with no relief in sight. I took a chance and called their emergency number and to my surprise a tech arrived within an hour. My capacitor failed. After doing an analysis, I was told of problem and made a decision to move forward with recommendation. A new capacitor was installed and AC unit was back up a running. Because I was a standing customer, no special charge was made. Normally ( service call) would have been an expensive repair. That’s one of the reasons Air-zona AC is special. If needing a reliable AC service, give them a call.

  I purchased my AC unit from Air-Zona in 2022 and I have only had them service it since my purchase. Angel has been completing the service and he is always friendly, professional, and explains everything about the service when done. I recommend this company and Angel is a great representative for your company.
