Here at George Henry’s Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, we keep the needs of our customers first. Owners Mike and Sharon Root purchased George Henry's in 1990 from George Henry Himself who opened the business in 1959. The owners and their team of plumbing and HVAC experts work with the belief that customer satisfaction, quality work, and quality products at reasonable rates are vital to making any business a success story. Locally owned and family operated, we have been offering consistent performance for over 33 years and over 60 years from the beginning of George Henry's in Payson AZ.
We are fully licensed, certified, insured and bonded. We are also proud members of the local Rim Country Chamber of Commerce and offer 24/7 Service.

- CCCandiceMar 19, 20265.0We called George Henry for a second opinion after receiving the shocking news that our four year old heat pump needed a new compressor. Even though it was under warranty the first company we called said labor would cost us $2950.00 to replace it and our warranty would be void on the compressor. George Henry sent out a technician. He was very thorough and found nothing wrong. We couldn't get our heater to come on and it was simply a setting on our computerized thermostat that needed adjusting. We really appreciated his honesty.

The shower that got installed was too tall and therefore my husband had to drywall the window closed for which he didn't get paid. The installers didn't do a great job. My husband had to trim all sides and when the installers didnt install the shower head correctly they had to cut more drywall out that my husband also had to repair without getting paid. To top it off this whole job took so long that my poor Father in Law passed away before ever being able to take a single shower in the bathroom that he still had to pay an extra $7,000 for the bathroom job above and beyond what the insurance payment was.

The entire project was headed by Rick (along with Dylan) and I can't remember the last time that my husband and I have been so impressed with the service we received from any trade. Rick was professional, efficient and, most important to me, willing to answer any and all questions with the utmost respect. It is one thing to find a proficient specialist, but it is quite another to find one with the customer service skills that Rick exemplifies. We recommend both George Henry and Rick without reservation. They are the best!
