And we have had water damage again. Hannah has been the best in trying to match, get contractors for me, and then doing it all again when I’m not sure. It’s difficult being out of the state and redoing and Hannah has been the best! Thank you guys SO much!!

"I" have been physically into American Sales four times to request an update, "I" have called them an additional 5 times requesting an update. I STILL don't have the product I paid for last July (6 Months ago) AND the best is yet to come... My entire order was confirmed to be at his location, ready for delivery, "for a while now" , according to the owner. SO, after paying for the product, and the pallet deposit, and delivery fees AND THEN they still simply refuse to deliver my order... ...at what point is American Sales stealing from me, and I have to go to the police to resolve this?
