Our refund policy allows customers 30 days from receipt of their item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. To initiate a return, please contact us at steven@westernriverscustoms.com. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions upon approval. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. For questions about returns, please contact us at the email provided. We will notify you of the refund status after inspection, and if approved, refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that certain items, such as custom products or sale items, are non-returnable. For European Union customers, a 14-day cooling-off period applies, allowing returns for any reason within that timeframe.
