  Brendan and his crew did a great job determining what the problem was with the drain and structural plumbing issues, repairing the damage and putting preventative measures in place for the future. They initially took photos to show us what they uncovered, and explained things in detail. They take the time to make sure the customer understands exactly what the issues are and how they can be resolved. They use a drone for photos as well. Brendan takes pride in his work and expects others to do the same. We had a great experience with BSquared Roofing and would definitely recommend them.

  We recently had Brendan redo the roof on a remodel we are working on and was very impressed. His estimate was fair and the job was done on time in a very professional and efficient manner. I will definitely be using him for any future projects we work on.

  I had a terrible roof leak into a bathroom that damaged the ceiling. More rain was predicted for the following day. I called B Squared Roofing and explained the situation. The owner came to my home in a few hours. He examined the roof and showed me photos of the damage. He also inspected the rest of the roof and told me their were several other areas that were bad and had I considered replacing the entire roof? The roof was almost 17 years old. He told me he could replace the entire roof the following week but that in the meantime he would have someone come and place a tarp over the affected area to prevent rain from entering the house. This was important because more rain was forecasted for the next few days. I contracted with him. The crew showed up when he said they would. The work was done on time and the crew cleaned up daily. The owner Brendan Bartley was onsite often and communicated with me what was happening and why. As a business consultant I know what good service looks like versus bad. This firm provided outstanding service that was beyond what I expected. I could not be more pleased and I give Brendan and his company BSquared Roofing a resounding recommendation.
