I unfortunately bought a 5 gallon container of paint/coating for my pool cool deck from this place. I was told it's not paint but I've seen a lot of paint in my life and this stuff sure looked like and had the consistency of paint. Unfortunately it was not even close to the color chart I was told it would resemble. I had basically dipped my brush in it after I stirred it good with a long stir stick for a 5 gallon bucket. I put a brush stroke on my cool deck and could see it wasn't even close to what I wanted. I have to say that getting my home ready to sell to get out of Arizona has been an incredible challenge with some of these businesses and this one is no exception. Honestly, I'm pissed. I spent basically $152 and I'm out every cent. I took a chance and I should have known better but hind sight is 20-20. I'm just worn out with all the projects and I had hoped this product would be what I needed and it would be the color I needed and the color they told me it would be. But of course it wasn't even close. I went back to the Phoenix store on Rose Garden and the guy wouldn't do anything. He said it's just a color chart. Well I have bought paint at Dunn Edwards and Sherwin Williams and their color charts are pretty much spot on other than the exact sheen. At least very close. Prestige color charts couldn't hit the broadside of a barn with any accuracy. I know better than this... buy 5 gallons which is even more than I really needed to begin with. So my next step was to call the Mesa store where the owners are presumably. I called and talked to Lisa. She was no help and made it clear I was stuck with 5 gallons of paint/ coating. I mentioned that their color chart was way off and she said I needed to use some special stir stick which I don't have and never tried. Maybe she's right but I disagree. The color is not even close and you could stir this stuff until the end of time and it wouldn't be a medium tan. So would I ever go back to this place. Not a chance. Should you. Hell no. Run. What is the advantage of buying from this place? I see nothing. You are stuck with what you buy from them and they don't even mix paint there. You might as well buy the stuff from Amazon or someone that sells it directly. They would probably stand behind it better. This place like so many other businesses in Arizona have no business being in business and have no clue about customer service. They are in business to fill their pockets and are in business here because there are 100 million people here, that's it. Would they survive in a smaller market....not a chance. In conclusion, I bought an HC product from Sherwin Williams that I am satisfied with that I think is way better than the Prestige product. It is a much thicker product. It is cool to the touch in the direct sun and if it's not the exact color you need it to be they will tint it so it is. Prestige should take some lessons from Sherwin Williams or Dunn Edwards. Maybe they would learn something.

We have been buying from Prestige since 2016 and they have been great since day one. The business has grown a ton but they still offer great customer service. We have bought epoxy, polyaspartic, diamonds, dust collectors, floor machines, and anything else you could need for this industry from them.
They could vastly improve the customer experience by getting a popcorn machine like I have suggested for years now but it seems like they aren't willing to listen to my expert advice.

Poor customer service. I bought quartz sand from them. They charged me prior to being shipped and tried adding more charges with shipping after the fact. Didn't agree on shipping cost as it costed me $100 more than the coatings hub shipped price in California which I highly recommend.
Now they are refusing to serve me material because I didn't want to pay the shipping eve though I agreed on the 20 percent restocking fee.. The lady that works there is unreasonable and is hurting this companies reputation..

Awesome service and value. Employees friendly and knowledgable even though I'm a DIYer. Answered all my questions and were patient with my naivety. Paid a small fraction of what I was quoted to have it done professionally. You won't find Polyaspartic cheaper anywhere

Have been purchasing from Prestige for 4 years and have purchased my grinding equipment with no issues. Nothing but great customer service from Dale and Lisa!
