- RWRod WDec 14, 20255.0I wish to share my experience from showroom , build, and installation of my new Tuff Shed unit. It simply began in the parking lot of Home Depot. This Home Depot had a number of units, almost as many as a Tuff Shed store. This provided us to view at our leisure to see what best suited our needs and meet the HOA requirements. It turns out I could have the same opportunity at the TS store. Though in doing so I was prepared and save a great deal of time. My sales person was Blaise a veteran of TS a true professional listening and offering advise that best suited of needs, wants and the most economic way to proceed. He communicated well taking the time to review each line item, fabrication and lead times. All documents were presented in both hard copy and electronically. When I experienced challenges electronically he took the time to walk me through the process. Zak who coordinates the fabrication and install. Was as conversant as Blaise, with emails, texts, and phone calls as needed. Very responsive and detailed, in addition providing the resources for locations and product information for the paint selected. The install crew was prompt very efficient, professional, focused, neat, clean and communicated well. Prior to leaving walked the shed with me to insure that I was satisfied. Which I was. Upon completion the corp office reached out to me for the retention again professionalism. I was having difficulty in processing the close out paper work via from my phone . A quick call and visit with Blaise resolved the issue. He is very patient and understanding and I highly recommend him if you are in Mesa Az for your out building needs. A grand experience. Thank you TS for making this enjoyable experience and will recommend your firm to others for their needs in additional storage. Thank you. Rod Werner
