  I've been researching sheds for about 2 months or more. As a widow, I had more questions than answers. During this process, I revisited Tuff Shed's website, located the closest store to me and called. Ed Arroyo answered my call. He was very polite with all my questions and answered them all with knowledge and in a way I could understand. He took the time to ask questions about what and how I planned to use the shed, where it was going to be placed and gave me examples of what style/size/optiona I might consider. Very helpful! He suggested I come in and look at the sheds for myself, get a better feel for what I needed and the different options I might like, and also, better understand the difference in Tuff sheds from the other sheds I was researching. I made an appointment, with Ed going out of his way to accommodate my work schedule. Immediately after that 1st call, appointment and subsequent follow ups, Ed would send me a text, recapping our conversations and invite me to call/text/come in with any other questions or help that I needed in making my decision. Not once, did I feel pressured or treated like just another sales call. It was Ed's genuine passion for serving people and his knowledge of Tuff Sheds that led me to my ultimate decision to purchase a Tuff Shed. The shed itself, comes with an incredible warranty and anyone who would do the kind of research like I did, would know Tuff Shed is built to last! A true asset to my property! I'm so grateful to have worked with 'Tuff Shed, Ed' and very willing to be a personal recommendation for him, Tuff Shed and the whole team!   I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Tuff Shed and our salesman Blaise. From the first phone until the sale was complete, he was courteous a nd respectful. He also took the time to explain everything about the shed we were purchasing and all the pertinent information about delivery and installation. Thank you! What a great experience.

  Purchased our 2nd Tuff Shed this morning at the Mesa AZ location, Blaise Grozier is a wonderful Sales Consultant and all-around nice guy. Very knowledgeable about the products and we got exactly what we needed:)

  Blaise was great! He was patient, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He brought a friendly atmosphere into our communication, and made sure I was happy and confident with my choices before we moved forward. We had our shed installed yesterday and they were fast, respectful, and did a great job.
