  Caden was awesome! He explained everything as he worked so we understood what condition our unit was in before and after. He even took the time to replace a part same day so we wouldn't have to wait to use our AC!

  Richard came out and did a great job for us. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Didn’t upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Well, worth the money to have someone trustworthy figure out the problem and find an inexpensive solution. I would definitely use these guys again! Richard was a great representative of the company as well.

  I had Dean and Richard two of Rusty’s techs come out about a week ago to give a quote. I received 4 quotes from 4 different hvac contractors. Rusty’s had the best price and oddly enough had the most work to do . They had to fabricate a stand moved the unit back so it’s not as visible on the house from the front view and added ductwork to accommodate this. Dean and Richard both were very upfront and honest about the entire process. During the install they troubleshot and helped my son diagnose a bad breaker in our electrical panel as well. These two guys were nothing less that outstanding in there tools. I would absolutely recommend Rusty’s specifically Dean and Richard for any of your HVAC needs.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rusty’s Air Conditioning & Heating is the real deal. Rusty and Garrett showed up ready to roll, diagnosed the issue quick, and had everything fixed before I could even finish my coffee. These guys know their stuff. Not only are they sharp as a tack when it comes to HVAC, but they’re also just good people — funny, easy to talk to, and straight shooters. No upsell nonsense, no runaround, just honest work done right the first time. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Clean work, fair price, and they leave you feeling like you just made a couple new buddies. If your AC or heat’s acting up, quit messing around and call Rusty. These boys will take care of you. 💪🔥❄️

  First off, I want to thank the Rusty team for their honesty. They evaluated my current system and said with some proper maintenance, my system should last several more years. I had them replace the contactors and all the capacitors as a prevention, the straightened out some hard 90s in my ductwork to improve airflow, cleaned the outside unit and inspected everything. All in all, they were very professional and very good guys. I've found my company for my HVAC needs!! Thank you Rusty's AC!!!
