  We have used them both for a plumbing job and to replace our AC. The plumbing service i would give a 4 or 5 stars, those guys seemed to know what they were talking about and we've had no issues with it. However, the AC replacement has not gone so well. It has gone out TWICE already without even being a year old. They took about 4 days in the middle of the summer to come back and fix it so the kids and I were sweltering in the house the whole time. Come to find out from talking to another AC guy that the type of unit they installed is not a good one, prone to problems (obviously, since ita gone out twice already!) We are currently having our roof replaced due to some leaking and the roofers are telling us that the leak was 100% caused by how they installed the AC. My advice is to use them for plumbing but NOT for AC!!!

  I used to trust Rainforest Plumbing and Air, but unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. It seems like the one ac technician who really knew what he was doing is no longer with the company, and since then, the quality of their air conditioning service has really gone downhill. I have heard horror stories about their residential department, but it seems to have made its way to their commercial services side as well. Communication isn’t great, the work doesn’t inspire confidence, they offer every excuse in the book why warranty work isn’t covered, and the overall experience feels rushed and impersonal. Based on some of the discussions I overheard, they give me the impression that the owners are more focused on maximizing profits than on maintaining the level of service and expertise customers expect and that they once offered. I’ve recommended countless others, but based on my recent experience, I can’t recommend Rainforest Plumbing and Air anymore. I’d suggest others look elsewhere for more reliable and knowledgeable service. If you’re in the commercial properties management industry, I’d give GroundZero a try. They’ve been a breath of fresh air.

  My hoa is having a broken water main fixed and Xavier is the technician doing the work. Not only is he doing an outstanding job fixing the water leak, he stopped what he was doing and ran a quarter of a mile to help me catch my 3 year old Great Dane “Zeus” when he got out of the yard. And this was especially challenging considering Zeus is deaf,(he also has epilepsy) so if you can imagine. It would have broken our hearts if something would have happened to Zeus. I want Rainforest Plumbing to know what a fantastic person they have on their team!! Thank you a million times Xavier!!! God bless!

  I live in and apartment complex, so my plumbing repairs were arranged and paid for by the complex, so I cannot speak to their pricing. However, I can speak to the incredible, respectful, and knowledgeable customer service I received from my plumbers. First off they came the same day, exactly within the time frame they gave us. Silas was the lead plumber and he was efficient, cleanly, and mindful. He and the gentleman he worked with made me feel comfortable and respected as they worked on our broken pipe. Honestly, I was very impressed. I've never had a plumber leave my house cleaner than it was when they walked in, until today! I was so impressed at the efficiency they worked all while keeping my home from becoming a dust filled demolition site. I would highly recommend them, most specifically, Silas… he was excellent!
