The tech was there for about 1 hour. The charge was 764. I’ve tried numerous times to reach out by email and phone to get some clarity on this billing, but no one has gotten back to me.
- KSKaitlyn SchmidtDec 31, 20255.0Huge shoutout to the dispatchers, Kaila & Karley, for quickly responding to our property manager on a holiday (NYE) and sending out technicians asap to clear a main line blockage causing sewage backup in all 4 units of our building. The technicians, Amos & Justin, arrived within an hour of placing our call and had the issue resolved within an hour of their arrival. They were polite, professional, communicative, and patient while waiting for other owners to get home so they could enter their units. They also noticed something not quite right with the piping under my sink and adjusted it to make sure it was right, even though it wasn't part of the original problem. Cannot thank them enough for their quick help and professionalism, and especially on a holiday!
