Tanner arrived when he said he would, was incredibly honest assessing the state of our system, and did great work. The final bill was very reasonable and I would highly recommend both Tanner and JMAC.

Since the condenser was not running at all … but the inside unit was, he quickly zero’d in on the fuse box by the condenser which was missing a 120V connection. With a loose connection the contact had heated up and blew one of the fuses. He replace box, fixture, fuse and tightened to spec … with much more care than the previous HVAC company. All for a cost less than a typical capacitor replacement. The renter is happy so I am happy. This is the 3rd time JMAC Heating and Cooling has impressed me.
