Just had them out to inspect a unit before our home purchase, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Alex and his team were awesome— on time, in-depth notes, and really knew what they were doing. They got everything done quickly and made sure it was done right. Alex took the time to explain what was going on and gave honest recommendations without trying to upsell anything, which I really appreciated. Our AC is working better than it has in years, and the whole process was completely stress-free. If you need AC work done, definitely give Falcon a call. These guys are the real deal! Also, during one of our last maintenance rounds, their technician was very kind to our dog and gave her pets... If that isn't a person you can trust, I don't know who is!
