- MZMarion Z6 days ago5.0Hunter installed a new R.O. system today after our 15 year old Kinetico wore out. He was punctual, knowledgeable, courteous and took time to explain things. He kindly brought in 3 different R.O. faucet styles to choose from. He left the area clean and gave us a Veterans discount. Hunter also performed a courtesy check on on our water softener which they installed in 2019. Prior to install, Joshua helped us select the model R.O. that was best for our family, and answered all subsequent questions. Josh was prompt to follow up and return calls and there was never any pressure. Their unit was very affordable and about 1/3 the cost of another quote. Thank you Clearwater for your continuous gold-standard customer service.

Our installer, Adrian Madina, was on time and very professional. He went to extra lengths to make sure all piping was straight with clean soldered joints. He kept me informed, showed me how to program the system, and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. The difference in the water at the faucet is noticeable immediately. It is money well spent.

We love that the RO unit uses less water to make purified water and that they have a cartridge to replace the minerals lost to the RO process. The water softener has a two tank system which gives continuous soft water. It regenerates when necessary, not on a schedule. It is excellent. Today’s technician, Zachery, was friendly, professional and thorough. A great company all around.
