So far, I've not experienced excessive (or aggressive) upsells on things that weren't needed. I feel like the techs have been honest and that they aren't motivated by padding their work; a rarity in today's service ecosystem.

- HKHasanur Khan6 days ago1.0My AC was not doing the heating. I called AZ Dukes of Air as they installed my AC unit 6 year back. The repair technician was very gentle and nice guy. He did the diagnostic ($89) and then gave me estimate of parts/repair together. Trusting them from previous work, I did not do my homework. The repair work was done - replacing Bi-metal Thermo disk and technician took like 30 min to do the work. I paid $315. Just being curious, I checked the parts price at amazon and it is in the range of $16-$30 for two. I was just shocked that they charged roughly $300 for labor for a 30 min job. While asked for parts/labor breakdown, I was denied any details which also questions their transparency. The justified saying " the total reflects not only the physical part used, but also the technician's time, expertise, tools/materials, with the repair". What type of an answer is this? Just thought to share this for future potential customers. Do your homework and ask for clarity before you sign up with them for repair work.

After several bad experiences with other companies we FINALLY found one that values us as a customer. Anthony is our go to tech. He's knowledgeable and an all around nice guy. The office staff is wonderful to deal with. They're always pleasant amd accommodating. Great company all around.
