  I said I wasn't going to write a review because I didn't want to hurt this business but after all the lies and the amount of time it took to finish our roof I hope I can help some other senior citizen veterans by sharing my experience with this company. The owner Earl was always respectful and just came across as a nice guy and that's the main reason we chose him even though his estimate was the highest of the 3 we got by $4,000. We finally agreed on $14,000 and he still up charged us $1,500 at the end claiming his cost of extra wood was $2,500. The job was only supposed to take 3 days but it took them 17 days in total. I had several complaints that he did address but after all the stress we went through I was just tired of all the extra hassle, so I had to back away from handling things and let my sister take over and that's how we ended up paying another $1,500. There are huge gaps in the wood work and the fascia was left looking unfinished because of gaps, nail holes and shoddy paint job. I will say they talk a good game but I can't recommend them after this and that's why when my neighbor who needs a new roof came over to ask who we hired I took him around and showed him the botched work and told him the truth about my personal experience so he said he would look for some one on his own. Maybe, this was the 1st time they have had a dissatisfied customer and maybe not. Do your due diligence and maybe you won't end up feeling cheated.   Quality work at a great price. Roof was done in the timeframe promised. Joel was knowledgeable and helpful.

  Arizona Roof Busters was a pleasure to work with from the initial phone call with Missy whom was kind, helpful and professional. When Earl arrived he too was very kind and easy to work with. His inspection was very thorough and spent time on our roof inspecting it. He then told us we should get insurance involved and then worked with our insurance from start to finish. Then when there crew arrived they were on time and professional. There crew worked hard and kept the job site as clean as possible cleaning several times a day. At the end of the job they cleaned up very thorough and through out the job get us informed. Over all I really enjoyed my experience with Arizona Roof Busters from start to finish. I will definitely be referring Earl and his gang. Thanks again
