Got 5 quotes to replace 5 ton Heat Pump on 2 story house. Talked to John on the new unit specs, warranties, install practices/time frame, how long company in business, as well as BBB, ROC and company Google reviews. I had already looked up BBB, ROC and company Google reviews so in talking to John found John to be very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Worked with John to negotiate a fair price (During the install called John for price to install 2 new T-Bar return grill and he gave me a very fair price - no gouging). Next day Vince the Installation Manager and I met at the house to perform a walk through of where new unit was to be installed, so he could verify access, etc. Before entering the house Vince put on booties which is considerate and professional. By now I'd asked John and Vince many questions which they answered and they were consistent therefore giving me more confidence I'd selected and trustworthy company. The following day Zander and Jordon showed up to remove old unit and install new unit. First task they did in the house was lay blankets on the path of travel(floor and stairway) to the attic hatch. Found Zander and Jordon to be knowledgeable and courteous. Asked Zander if I could witness the final verification of temp splits and static press measurements, which he agreed to. During installation I'd intermittently check in and monitor steps they were doing(Many years ago in my past I'd done AC work so I knew the proper steps) and they were doing all the proper steps, i.e. good install practice, RX11 flushing(Even though wasn't a burnout asked for this to be performed and Vince was accommodating), nitrogen purge to blow out RX11 flush, nitrogen purging during brazing, pulling proper vacuum then the final charge of freon - all was done proper. Zander and Jordon allowed me to witness the final temp splits and static press check which met manufacturer specs. Both indoor and outdoor units final installation and cleanup was done professionally and looked ascetically pleasing.

Garth was great. He was extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done, and explained everything with photos. This is a company you can trust. This is my third year using Air Time.

Overall, everyone was very professional. I appreciate Garrett walking in the house with a shoe cover. I find it very polite. I noticed that he is the only one that did this.I worked with Air time cooling for many years for my ac tune up. This year, we had to replace one of the ac units because it was obsolete. I waited 6 years to replace it and every year, they said, it might break. It didn't. I just couldn't risk it this summer so I went ahead and replaced it. I spoke to Joe who I made the deal with. He was upfront and gave me a very fair deal. The technicians came out and replaced the ac like a pro. It was a very clean job. I cant imagine what they had to go through to get access to my unit but they did. I would have given a 4 stars just because part of my deal with Joe, they will update my thermostat so it is compatible with my sensi app. I talked to the tech Zander and he said he wasn't made aware of this. I decided to give the 5 stars because of Zander's professionalism and knowledge.

I’ve reached the limit of my patience with Airtime. My experience has been a consistent pattern of missed diagnostics and negligent installation. I bought my condo in August 2024. I have a ceiling-mounted 'pancake' unit (common in condos) that was only 3 years old but had a persistent grinding noise. Despite sending multiple technicians, Airtime was completely unable to diagnose the issue. One tech flat-out said, 'That's just what these units sound like' after only 10 minutes of looking. I assure you normal units do NOT make the grinding noise. Their inability to troubleshoot a relatively new system left me no choice but to buy a brand-new unit from them in March 2025. The real issue arose nearly a year later. I had a routine service on Oct 20, 2025, and the tech failed to notice that a critical safety device (the float switch) was missing. My original installation invoice from March 2025 clearly lists—and charges me for—'"install new condensate overflow safety switch." Despite paying for this, it was never installed. For 11 months, I was unknowingly operating a system without the safety shut-off I explicitly paid for, leaving my home exposed to preventable flooding risks. It wasn't until February 2026 that a Senior Technician (Garret) finally caught the error. He was shocked it was missing, telling me, "We install these on every single new unit. Every single one" To his credit, Garret was transparent and installed the part immediately, and informed his manager of the situation. However, fixing a safety hazard a year later does not excuse the fact that Airtime left my home unprotected for 11 months. They couldn't fix my old unit, they failed to install critical safety parts on the new one, and their maintenance tech missed the error on October 20. Shout out to Garret for finally noticing, otherwise I'd still be unprotected. I cannot recommend a company that demonstrates this level of carelessness with safety equipment.

This company came to unclog a sewer line to the street. He said there was something hard in the pipe that he couldn’t get through. He told me I would have to dig up the yard to replace the pipe. Not wanting to spend thousands to do that, I called another company for a second opinion. They came out cleared the blockage. This cost $300 dollars less than this company who basically did nothing.
