  Erica (office) and Dan (tech) were outstanding. Friendly, patient, knowledgeable, above and beyond. Erica sounds young, but she exhibits old school customer service. My interactions with her left me so impressed, yet sad that her type of service is no longer the norm. Glad that Erica is out there reminding people what service looks and sounds like. Dan was great took pictures and took the time to explain what the pictures meant. I just am so impressed and happy with Airtime!

  I called at 12:14 pm on Saturday. They scheduled an appointment between 2 pm and 4. At 4:27 pm I called and was told by the scheduler that the technician was running late. I asked that someone keep me up to date. I did not hear from them. I called again at 5:14 and was told by the scheduler that she had not heard back from the office; I complained that I had not received any updates. I called again 6:09 and was told by the scheduler that she received a message from the office that they did not serve my area. I asked to speak to someone directly, but the office never returned my call. I called at 6:39 pm and left a voice message. I then called a second number and was told by the scheduler that she saw that the technician had just finished the previous job. At 6:51 the tech called me--a very nice guy who was caught in the middle; and he said he would come by at 7:30 am Sunday. If not for the technician (and the requirement to post at least a single start), I would rate this company a zero. I WILL update after tomorrow.

  They installed a Diakin 2 ton mini-split in my garage. Joshua and David did a great job. They worked with me on the position of the inside air handler and the way that the coolant line would run. They kept me updated on their progress throughout the install. The installation was excellent. They did a great job cleaning up after the install was complete. I’m very happy with their work.

  Called to get an HVAC repair. They were able to get someone out there the same day, and gave me a fair and reasonable quoted price. At that point, I was happy. However, when the technician returned a week later with parts, they said they quoted me for the wrong part and it would be $900 more than original quote. I don't understand why they waited until coming back to tell me the changed cost.. it really felt like a bait and switch situation. I would not work with this company again.
