  Working with Clear Water Concepts was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I first connected with Kyle several months ago while my home was still being built. As someone new to Arizona and coming from the East Coast, I wasn’t familiar with whole-home water systems, but Kyle took the time to walk me through everything in a way that was easy to understand. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and never once tried to upsell me, which I really appreciated. The communication from the team was excellent throughout the entire process. They sent timely reminders leading up to the install and even provided a photo of the technician who would be arriving at my home, which added an extra level of professionalism and comfort. The technician who completed the install was Troy, and he was fantastic. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to walk me through how to operate the system so I felt completely comfortable using it. The installation itself went smoothly, and the entire team was professional, courteous, and efficient. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend Clear Water Concepts to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy water treatment company.

  We had Clear Water Concepts install a water softener and RO system when we first moved in to our house 5 years ago. Having them service the system annually is a breeze and removes any worry about the systems. Today we just had Troy come maintain every thing and replace the filters for this year. He worked quickly, was very polite and professional. I'll be having them come maintain everything again back next year, like usual.

  Troy and crew with Clear Water Concepts did an amazing job on the install of Softener and Reverse Osmosis system. Very efficient and knowledgeable about everything.   I’ve had my water softener and RO system for about a month now and it has made a huge difference in our daily life. Our Maricopa water is actually drinkable from the RO and it tastes just as good as bottled water. My entire experience was positive from the beginning when I first called for a quote. Clear Water Concepts is transparent and honest about their pricing. We had Jace install our system and come out for a service so far and he is professional and informative when it comes to our system.
